Rather Odd Industrial Dynasty is searching for different kinds of people including:
Iceminers:
Ah, you get get home from a stressful day at work,

You login, say hello to the corpmates and join or start the mining op...
You settle yourself, mine 5 minutes and sigh... that juicy crokite/bistot rock has turned into dust.
Ho hum - off to the next cluster of juicy roids, but it's the same story there...
You are tired of those overmined 0.0 systems but:
1. Still want to earn a reasonable amount of isk
2. Don't wanna move every 5 minutes, heck you don't even wanna move in the coming hour(s)
3. Don't wanna outmine your system every couple of days
4. Don't wanna wait till all ore respawns again
5. Want to just sit there and grind away
Then join us, Rather odd industrial dynasty.
You may wonder what the hell is he talking about..
I am talking about ICE mining, yes indeed ICE...
Yes, empire ice SUCKS, the right 0.0 ice however doesn't..
With medium skills* you can earn up to 20M**-ish isk/hour, the only thing our corp does is take 20% from what you mine (this is already with tax taken from it, so you get approx that in your hands), i know, times are hard)
* mackinaw, exhumer lvl 4, ice harvesting lvl 5 (t2 ice harvester) (plz note without the mackinaw, profit goes down a lot)
** you need * (see above) to get this, and this is an average price not a constant or *guaranteed* price, due to fluctuation of ice mineral prices
For people with fewer skill points and that want to become part of the ice mining team later on, (optional) we always have extra room in our 0.5 system in the Forge, we're you will get a decent price for your low end minerals, get ships at cost price or even free modules.
Payment for the ice will be done per icecube mined. Everyone participating gets an equal share, young, old as long your doing your part of the job you get your equal share for the burden.
Offcourse there is room for leisure aswell - npc-hunting.
(Jumpclones to a station 6j from our icesystem are available)
Salvagers:
The 0.0 npcers or lvl4 - 3 mission runners try to salvage whenever you can...
We even sub-contrct our own members out to lvl4 missioners outside our corp that we contacted and have a deal with..
From the parts you put in corphangar, rigs get constructed and sold.. each rig sold, there will be a part of the profit going to the team of salvagers.
Lvl 4 missioneers:
To feed our growing team of salvagers we need more lvl4 missioneers
Current tax in our corp is at 20% npc/mining, these people are the same it can go down (not up) and it will do that for both parties.

Veterans and new guys are welcome but you have to agree to these guidelines:
Teamspirit, you help each other out when you can and work together.
Be able to contribute to the greater good (this is mostly done in completing a task given to you)
Able to follow some guidelines (we don't have many but the ones we have are to be followed closely)
No griefing or pvp (we're a frigging bunch of carebears)

Current ice mineral prices give up to 22ishM after taxes deducted from it...
Also much room for full time salvager and full time mission runners, you can earn a nice extra buck with salvaging and don't have to hassle with sales and construction

Upcoming patch notes will make the salvager profession even more intresting...
A good worker always gets good amounts of money and many possibilities to get good amounts of money...
But have to keep the teamspirit high..
