You have no idea how many chickens I've had to choke to death as a way to vent my anger when I loose skill training time.
The worse part is all the little chicks that look at me in terror as they watch their mother being choked to death.
Stop eating chicken nuggets and tell CCP to hurry with the dual/2nd skill setup. Eating omlets is okay.

It's ok, I lose training time all the time. I've probably lost weeks total. ^_^
---------- I gave up on sigs. As all the beatings are starting to hurt and leave nasty bruises. |

I lost training time last night cause the internet connection on the mobile telephone network that I was using didn't work.
The nice chap in technical support informed me that GRPS was not working because of the bad weather!
Uh huh, I can see it now, section 6.6.6 of the GPRS spec "When it gets a bit parky, packets don't have to be forwarded"
Anyway the error message indicated that GPRS was working fine and it was the PPP server that was having a hissy fit.

I agree completely!! Do something to start the next lvl of skilltraining if your current training ends!! I'm losing a day-and-a-half now because of the STORM in Europe!!!
Fine, call in a shrink, take me away in a straightjacket, BUT START A NEW TRAINING....

*imagines the hulk bringing his fists down upon a veld rock and obliterating it* _________ Don't use the word "toon" to refer to your character, people find this irritating and it may label you a retard. |

I've lost over 10 months of skill training time in total (at least). It doesn't bother me... not worth getting an aneurysm over TBH. ___

Yeah, seriously it isn't worth stressing over. If skill points matter THAT much to you just plan your training better. I'm constantly losing a few hours here, a few hours there and I'm not fussed really.

Hehe, it's been a long time since I played that one but I can still remember the stress relief fromm slapping a few chickens around (as will as the little digging dudes)

Ah yes. Dungeon Keeper...good times. But, I still agree with poster about the change. But, that's not ENORMOUSLY a problem. It's just a "nice to have". And I agree with another poster that if you're really that upset over a game, chill. Take a deep breath. Take another one. Then another. Then stop taking breaths. After a while, you'll be worried about something else (like asphyxiating), and the game won't seem so important anymore.

CCP is not to blame for your stupidity.
Download EVEMon and plan your training properly.

I just started the game, but I'll admit I was a little suprised when the character sheet on the webpage didn't let me choose a skill to begin training in game.
I just came here cos my wife made me log off just before I could set learning 4 to finish off training (I know that is a noob skill, give me a break :P)

But Dr. Caymus: You of all persons in EVE should be the last person to complain about "a few weeks" of lost training time.
Still top of the list ?

I heard you can pay people to switch skill training for you if you're away on business.
Good thing my fiance knows enough about this game (since I talk about it way too much) that she can do this for me.

Being in the military, I spend alot of time being sent away on short notice and being without the interweb months at a time. It would be nice if there was some sort of training queue in which I could put a couple skills in.
Also when I was my char was new, I was totally crazy and waking up all hours of the night just to switch skills being trained. I never even considered putting on a long skill at night until talking to some peeps in the noob help channel.

Ah, but I can not afford to miss much training time as Drahcir and Zoltaris are right on my tail, only 10 million points behind...
