What can you take out with this a solo ishkur?
Can you take on most t1 ships (as long as they are not specif-fiited to kill you, like a moa with webs and small rails or a BS loades with rockets).
what can you solo against in a Ishkur?

Not a rupture or many other things with a web, sadly. But some cruisers like a caracal are easy kills.

I tested out an Ishkur on a friend's Raven armed with torps and heavy neuts and was able to break his tank eventually.
I would say anything up to a battleship, inties, other afs, of course anything not set up well. This is highly setup dependent. But usually the bigger the ship, the longer it will take to break its tank, the more likely it will call for reinforcements.
Large drones don't hit at all, medium ones do a bit better, but still not enough damage. Even with a web. Light T2 drones as well as light guns mean death most usually.
You do need to have some very good drone and tanking skills. The better, the bigger ship you can take on.

the thing is your ishkur can't take on 1 t1 cruiser of any kind and at the same time can take on a bs solo. all depends on setup. most low sec npc'ers have setups that make me wanna cry so it's surprising what u can take on. it all comes down to what drones they have, if they have a web, any nos or neuts, that kinda thing. ships like apocs are definately possible as they probably won't hit you even if u are webbed.
The great things about the ishkur is you can shoot ur targets while ur 5 light t2 drones take out ur victims drones taking the fire off u.
many t1 cruisers pvp setup will kill u, rupture and thorax especially but 90% of the ones u find will die before even targetted u

Ishkur is an awesome "wtf?" frig. It can usually take almost anything (other AF, cruisers, even battleships)... As long as your opponent's setup is not a very, very specific "anti-Ishkur" setup. Things that will definitely hurt you in an Ishkur are small T2 drones, small blasters or autocannons, standard missiles or rockets, and (duh) smartbombs. If the ship you are fighting has none of these, you will have very good chances! Properly setup Ishkur is very resistant to nos or web, and deals enough damage to break most tanks - in time. I won't divulge the exact setups I use, but I always fit either 2 or 3 small Knave Nos (e5 and above use too much grid). I've killed Thoraxes, Vexors with small T2 drones, Domis, a Mega, and numerous destroyers and frigs. The closest battle I had so far was with a Thorax setup in the following manner: 4 medium nos, small neutron blaster, 10MN AB, web, scram, damage control, 2 thermic hardeners, 800 mm plate, SAR II, 10x Hobgoblin IIs. It was setup specifically against me. First time I got the guy to 1/2 hull, he warped out (I was too nossed to get a point on him in time). Second time I got a point on, and he popped.

I would recommend fitting a MWD to any solo ishkur setup. It's always nice to be able to get out of gate camps or chase down inties.

EM drones are actually godsend when you find a Ratting raven without any EM hardners because the rats do all therm/kinetic.

In my ishkur, I'll fight anything smaller than a battleship, depending on the age of the character. Any frig or destroyer, easy. It's a really versatile ship, and rail setups are great. I tried to fight a shark with a pistol underwater once, and I'll be damned if he didn't laugh at me and eat me. Sharks need a ******* nerf. True story.
