Select my faction, bloodline, and...no, no customization options whatsoever. So i figure repairing the game might help. Guess what, no repair tool. None. Can anyone explain any of this? I'm really frustrated with wth is going on.

When ready with the character selection and your'e in a station that offer Character Customization Service (the T-Shirt Icon in Station menue) - just click this Icon.
