I don't believe LV have 2 titans, but neither can I believe that 5+ alliances are having a conspiracy together, especially when LV and RA have been fighting for well over a year.

It's something of an in-house joke 
I don't know the details but I think it involved some e-peen contests between Ens and Komolov.
Anyway, when you fight each other as long as LV and RA have, you start to develop a sense of respect and mutual understanding for each other that transcends petty in-game disagreements.

Its a little more complicated actually,
AAA is a RA/LV holding alliance, they are "holding" the Titans, both RA and LV¦s ( the fictional ).
So what we do , is that we send Omeega the real km¦s, she then repost them with the Titans in them.
Its been going on since Cyvok made hes Titan. Was fun in the start but now,, meh.
BTW: BoB Titans are a part of a DEV program, and are not used ingame, only on the test server. Were BoB and D2D share the DEV prog. You have to make a petetion for a titan loss to be able to take part in the DEV program.

See, what happened was that the kills got faked and posted on one killboard, but that snazzy Killboard Feed Syndication thing that picks up the kills from other killboards and posts your losses on your own wound up distributing the fake titan kills to everyone else's.

There ARE titans in game!
As said before, Against ALL Authorities are the holding alliance for RA and LV. You see, -A- are some of the best PvP Gods, and thus, are spolied with riches from other alliances. Thus the 2 Titans we have. Also because we are BoB Alts, and BoB are GM Alts, and GMs are all powerfull......
So.. Any way. Because we have so much moeny and stuff. we lend these titans to either side, who use them against each other with no risk. So NO ONE in eve actually owns one excpet us, and we own two. And thus the reason people say that certain people *Had A TiTan*

Apparently titans cost over a billion isk to produce so I very much doubt that even the biggest alliances could afford them.

There are, of course, no actual Titans in game.
It's true!
Any reported sightings of said Titan(s)are, in actuality, an elaborate hax/sploit rigged up by rebel BOB/GM alts in AAA, and on loan to the other alliances.
These hax involve an Ibis, a jacked up holoprojector, and a 'sploit microsmartbomb macro.

I doubt that an alliance that ive never heard of had a mothership. as far as i know a mothership costs about a quater of what a titan does, (16 bil) and as for the LV titans, they DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH RESOURCES FOR TWO TITANS!

I know that there are no titans, but it does strike me as a bit odd that ive found six killboards and three websites reporting that LV have a titan.

Once you board a titan, there is no option to "Eject from ship."
It's the only ship in game that does not allow you to eject from it, since this would abornamlize the doomsday reactivation timer.

I think there are two basic theories as to Titan ownership in general circulation.
Either, everybody has a titan (and I mean everybody- petition your local GM if you can't find yours) and no-one wants to talk about it for fear of causing a diplomatic incident, or nobody has a titan and everybody likes to talk about it extra hard so as not to look silly in front of the neighbours.
I personally own 6 titans- one for each race, + Angel titan, + mining titan with super OMGBEES mining drone swarms and a big trapdoor for swallowing 'roids whole. Why else do you think I'm always complaining of being poor?

I'd just like to say that the rumour about us holding a titan for LV is totally true - except it's an Erebus, not an Avatar. I know, because I'm the pilot.
We do public viewings every week, Sunday, 6pm Eve time, in LGK-VP, Stain. Send me 10 mil isk and you get in and out safely to see it.

Total in game titans ever = 1 (We all know ACSN lost it)
Current in game Titans = 0
Dreadnoughts in game = hundreds
LV has no titans
RA has no titans
AAA has no titans
Edit: Im not talking about currently being built ships. Who knows there could be 10 Titans being constructed, but I dont care too much. They're bound to lose it sooner or later.

I think this can be quite easily explained:
1.) It was not a doomsday device it was just a ship with lots of smart bombs (possibly faction/officer)
2.) They dropped a cyno to make it look like a doomsday device
3.) Just because the ship was called 'Chowdown's Avatar' or whatever doesn't actually mean it was an Avatar, it was probably just a kestrel or something. (I've seen it done before, I saw a Cerberus called xxx's Caracal and engaged it and got pwnt.)

Seleene has a Nyx made of Candy and Rainbows. It makes Unicorns which LoxyRider grinds up and uses in t2 miners to improve his yield.
EST have a Nyx made of Officer smartbombs and they use it to gank anything that moves.
