what would be the best destroyer at lvl 4?
blastercatalyst or artythrasher?
catalyst doesnt have a damagebonus where the thrasher has a damagebonus of 5% per lvl
catalyst has 3 lows, 8 turrets +1 drone
thrasher 2 lows, 7 turrets and 1 launcher
im bad at calculations and im looking for the best suicidedestroyer there is

artythrasher for alphastrike. 7x arty (280mm if you can fit them) and 2x damage mods in lows. put whatever you want in the mids.
not brilliant dps, but great volley damage. even using t1 ammo and guns its possible to get 40+ for normal hits, 80+ for excellent and well over 100 for wreckings (iirc my best was 150 or so)
*edit* and you will have range, so you wont have to bump the other ship to hit it

catalyst with neutron blasters will have better dps, but the artythrasher is better for pvp because of its alpha strike

Catalyst with Ion II w/Void, Mwd, 20k, 2 MFS II, 1 'named' DCU
Should hit close to 400 DPS with good skills iirc.
