1) it is a violation of EULA ans buyer and seller risk to bevery sorry;
2) don't post links to EULA violations;
3) signal it to a GM or Froum Mod.

First of all, its very difficult for CCP to do anything about Ebay. selling such items are not illegal by real life law, so they are only breaking the rules of CCPs EULA.
However, I think you should look toward yourself. You too are also breaking the EULA by acting as a active comercial for this EULA breaking link. I would advice you to remove the link fast!! CCP might not find and ban the offender of the Ebay, if it should be difficult. But they can ban the ones providing comercial for this product on this forum, and straight before their eyes...

So i can get banned, for pointing out that some one is trying to sell, a bpo for ú3,500.00
So i should just email the mods?

No the mods can't do anything about it. Thats the GM's department and I am sure they know about it by now as they most likely have some people who trawl eBay looking for clues to the seller. Just remove the link as it is essentially advertising for the seller or the powers that be will be angered.
