Yeah this week was fantastic, we scrimmed with more teams than we ever have in one night and it was still only half of the teams there! Scrims ran pretty smoothly however we only had 5 (only) arenas and there was people waiting for matches during peak times. If anyone wants to make arenas please do so. Teams are welcome to start matches earlier than this if they want. Matches will run for as long as there are teams wanting to fight. Not sure how many teams will show up so there are now 7 arenas. That should be enough for 17 teams if we get the same turn out as last week. The bookmarks should be on contract or ask me in the captain's channel. Cya there!

That is like having over a quarter of all the AT teams participating. And as Suicide posted above, there are now 7 functional arenas. In addition, many teams are using the arenas at other times. So if you are looking for a practice partner outside of the normal practice time, you can be assured someone will be willing. For example, TEST is now practicing on Sunday at 19:30 Eve Time in addition to Saturdays. Would make organizing matches and finding free arenas a lot easier. Bei's stream would also have the benefit of having an actual tournament layout with fancy UI, no more locking problems and anything. And it would give CCP the so often requested "interest-in-tournaments-feedback", with so many people officially using the tournament tool.

Since I can't forcibly turn up and impose myself on TD practices i'm gonna be offering to stream practices for any teams that wishes to x up in the captains channel on TD. We will be rolling from approximately 19:30 eve time. The lovely Biohazard will be on hand to hopefully get everything looking pretty and you can hopefully experience a near-AT scenario which might be good training for your pilots (there is something about the added pressure of being on stream that makes some people do silly stuff). Feel free to PM me in advance if you are especially keen to take part in this.
