I use FoF Cruise Missiles a lot on missions. I noticed there is Cruise Missile specialization (tech 2 cruise missiles) but is there F.o.F. Specialization? Does the FoF skill mod apply to cruise missiles? Does stacking FoF missiles and Cruise Missile skills mean more damage?

Cruise FoFs shoot out of cruise missile launchers, and tech 2 cruise launchers gain the RoF bonus of cruise specialization. I think FoFs gain the benefit from missile skills that apply to all missiles (target nav, warhead upgrades etc), since they are missiles. Aside from that they use the FoF skill for damage.

On a side-note:
My alt bought two "firfly t2 missiles" for 1M each on escrow a few months back. The person who sold them claimed there were dropped in a mission and with Kali both my missiles got removed from game without warning. I contacted the person who had offered the escrow and he sais the same thing happened to him. He also said a GM told him they were never supposed to drop in the first place...
Long story short: There are no t2 fofs and if there are, they are not supposed to be there...

Cruise Missile skill does indeed increase the damage of FOF Cruise missiles.
However FOF missiles do 25% less damage than their normal counterpart.
The FOF skill increases the damage done by FOF missiles. At level 5 your FOF missiles will now do the same damage as your normal missiles.
