Sensor recalibration time 9 secs (Faster than Cov Ops II)
Reactivation Delay 30 secs
Fitting Reqs:
CPU Usage 5000 (HALF the units of Cov Ops II)
PG use 1 Mw
Item is located within safe space.
Starting Bid + Reserve - 150 mil

I would imagine interest dropped considerably since Covert Ops ships had their CPU boosted. Whereas all of my fittings were tight before Revelations, now I have CPU to spare.
