Welcome to Jerrico Core Industries. Here at JCI we are an ever expanding corporation that is seeking to develop into all areas of industry and services. Recruiting all positions. ((OCC: This is a relaxed RP corp that is looking to do a little bit of everything. Eventually I want to expand into low sec and join or create an alliance. Although JCI is a corp loyal to Caldari, it is not hostile to anyone atm, and main goal is not conflict or combat. Its a brand new corp and so is my Character, although I as a player am not new to EVE))

Internal Security and Intelligence
Description: ISI is the security and intelligence arm of the JCA. If you would like to apply to our security forces please contact our Application Manager, (Name here) in our Corporate Office. If you have any questions or grievances feel free to contact our acting CEO, (Name here), if that is not to your satisfaction you may contact our Corporate Alliance CEO, Kevlar Jerrico at our Corporate Office.
Responsibilities: The duty of the ISI is to protect all personal and interests of the JCA from both external and internal threats. During times of war the ISI will be placed in charge of coordinating the other branches movements and activities. This is to ensure that the other elements of the Corporate Alliance do not get in the way of combat operations or operate in known danger spots. During war the ISI falls under the control of the Supreme Corporate Commander (acting CEO of the ISI), the command of the SCC can only be override by the Corporate Alliance CEO if he enacts Corporate War Time Control. During times of peace the ISI is under the control of the Corporate Alliance CEO and the BoT.
Responsibilities and Descriptions of Management
Corporate Alliance CEO
Description: CEO of the entire Alliance and acting CEO of the JCA Corporate Office
Responsibilities: Over see and have final say on all large questions, to help guide and coordinate the entire Alliance, act as figure head. Also to declare war, in order to do so the CACEO must have the backing of at least 50% of the BoT.
Board of Trustees
Description: Made up for former and current acting CEOs of the Corporate Entities of the JCA.
Responsibilities: Act as to the Corporate Alliance CEO when/if the CACEO is unable to do so. Ensure that the unity of the Corporate Alliance stays intact and handles inter-corporate disputes.
Acting CEO
Description: Active CEO of a single corporate entity of the JCA.
Responsibilities: To handle the corporation and make sure it meets all goals set by the CACEO and BoT.
Application Manager
Description: Handler of incoming applications.
Responsibilities: To interview those who wish to become apart of any Corporate Entity of the JCA, and make sure they go where they are needed. If unable to handle this job by his or herself may appoint Assistant Application Managers but must confer with CA CEO and BoT first.
Foreign Affairs Manager
Description: Ambassador for the JCA
Responsibilities: To represent the JCA in all foreign affairs.
Supreme Corporate Commander
Description: Supreme Military Commander of the ISI
Responsibilities: To in times of peace maintain a professional defense and intelligence force to counter pirates, terrorist, corporate spies and defectors. During times of war to wage war against those who seek to do harm to the corporation, given the power to win at any cost. Must appoint additional Corporate Commanders and form the ISI into fleets of operations to ensure combat effectiveness.
Goal of the Jerrico Corporate Alliance
I: To create a unified and corporate entity with the industrial base to rival that of any other POD or Empire controlled Corporation.
II: To insure the complete safety of all employees through a strong and stable internal defense force.
III: To insure the prosperity and growth of all those within the Jerrico Corporate Alliance.

((OCC info: This is my goal for what I want to do in EVE. With the alliance feature I see the potential to make this idea into an action. Many corporations I know of do not really act as a corporation, this I think is because its hard to do so with just a single corporation, but then many alliances work together somewhat, but are more geared towards simply protecting each other. My idea is to create corporations that are uniformed into an Alliance, where the ôAllianceö will act more like a single corporation and the separate ôcorporationsö will act as branches of the main corporation. If this is done correctly then I believe it would bring about a new step in EVE and would allow everyone in the ôCorporate Allianceö to really do some awesome things. I would like to eventually move this idea in 0.0 not for the combat, although I know there is combat in 0.0 (duh), but to further allow the true potential of my idea to be realized. I have been playing EVE for awhile now but wanted to do something new, until now I have been in a good amount of corps, but usually I am still doing things by myself, or with only 1 or 2 guys (not saying they were bad corps, had fun in all of them). My idea is to actually have hundreds working together at any given moment, so a mining op is not just 1 or 2 guys but instead like 50, with 20 miners, 10 haulers and 20 defense guys. Anyway that is what I am trying to do here, I admit the ISS and some other groups have inspired me in many ways, and this is my shot at something that I think would work really well. I am sure itÆs been tried before and might not be original, but I still think it will work out.
Oh and right now only the JCI branch exists, hopefully I will get enough people to actually start creating the other branches. So yeah this is till in the first stages, and nothing is set in stone, if you think this might be something you would like to do then conntact me in EVE and im open to critics and other imput))

My alliance is preparing to undertake a similar venture whereby the Alliance more akin to a RL corp with the various corporations under its banner being the "divisions". Will be interesting to compare how successful our respective ventures are
One further question: Is yours a specifically In Character, Roleplay corporation?

I would like to talk with you about a job in Foreign Affairs. My corp would like to be your Gallente Specialists based in Sinq and Essence. As such, I think we offer unique insights. We would of course report to the Head of Foreign Affairs once that corp/person is found.
My corp is currently made up of Caldari wishing to bring about true peace. We try to do this through inspiration of other pilots in understanding what it means to be Caldari and in defending themselves. Our fees are contractual based upon the job and very reasonable. Usually gang share is all that is requested. We are true Patriots and as such remain true to the dream of the peaceful return of Caldari Prime to the Caldari State. Sometimes peace does require force of arms, but that is only when all negotiations have failed.
I know you will have many interested parties and hopefully some will be able to take on the broader roles such as Internal Security and the higher roles such as all Foreign Affairs. Since these could be very big jobs eventually, I hope you see the wisdom of our corp not wanting to grasp more than it can handle at this time.
We will submit our application soon and await talks as to how we can best fit into your organization.

We are still looking for those who are interested. Right now we are still in the early stages working on building up things that can be used as corporate ships and equipment. If you would like to be apart of the JCA dream then contact me. Also although currently the JCI branch is set up, but as we grow active CEOs will be apointed and new branches will be opened. So if you think you would like to be in a different branch other than the JCI I encourage you to go ahead and send in an application, because as I open new branches employees will be able to switch to the new branches.
((OCC:I am looking for people all around the world, I am based in the US but my first two members are based in Europe. I am a very active CEO so I will be around often. Hope to see some of you in game. Also just because you are in say the miner branch doesn't mean all you will be doing is mining, you can do other things, but it simply means the main thing you will be doing for the corporation will be mining, and at any time should you want to switch off to say the ISI defense branch you will be allowed to do so, once I approve, which I will just doing that part for RP reasons. But I stress RP is not required.))

Greetings everyone. I would like to take this time to explain what you can expect by joining us in the JCA Dream. First allow me to explain what the "JCA Dream" is. It's my vision of a new POD owned corporation. Within this corporation their will be many branches, the main are listed in my above posts. Eventually as we grow sub-branches will be required. But the over all goal of the JCA corporation will not change much. That is to build a corporation and friendship where anything will become possible.
What can the individual expect? Well you would have access to corporate ships and equipment free of charge to use for corporate missions and even personal use. This means eventually I would like to have corporate cruisers and even battleships and mining barges and all kinds of others stuff to be able to be used by anyone in the corporation with the right access. You will also have an environment where you can feel welcome and have a good team work environment, no longer will you have to mine alone and get so board you start to think the asteroids are talking to you.
Now this wont be free or come easy, its going to take a lot of hard work, and a honorable bunch. So what I am sure you are wondering what you will have to do for the corporation. Well each week a certain amount of minerals will have to be mined, or ships built, this will all be in the form of a corporate quota. Things built and mined will then either be used for corporate use, meaning we will all be able to use it, or for sale to make the corporation money to keep things running smooth, the universe does run on ISK after all. But once your branch meets the quota, then you can have the remaining time to yourself, this time you can use for your own endeavors.
The only branches this doesn't apply to is the CEO Office and ISI branches. The CEO Office is a full time job, we may have sometime for other things and to help the other branches, but when ever a job comes our way, well we will have to do it. The ISI is also a full time job, they will have to watch and protect miners in low level areas, protect eventual corporate assets and defend the corporation in times of war. But I am sure those in the ISI wouldn't want to spend their time any other way than blowing stuff up.

Greetings everyone. I would like to talk to the CEO's of other small Corporations who think they could find a home here at JCA. Now mergers are a serious business and shouldn't be taken lightly. So let me tell you what you could expect when and if you wanted to merge with the JCA. At the moment we are still looking to start a mining and defense branch in the JCA. So if your corp fit into this then I would be willing to let you stay acting CEO of that branch, after I founded the corporation. Now those that may merge after all corp branches are filled, well I would be willing to let you as the former CEO have a seat on the Board of Trustees. And eventually as we grow and more mining, defense, and protection branches are needed, you would be first in line to head new branches if you so wished.
So in short I am not looking to be the dictator here, if you were to merge your corp with mine you would be treated with the respect that you deserve and would have the opportunity to return to the position of CEO ASAP.

I read your thread and I think you would fit in well with our group. We are just starting out so you could definitely help build the corp and such from the ground floor. So far our members are range in the age from 20 (me being the youngest) to 30-something. But we are a mature bunch. Also things are moving along slowly but at a nice steady pace. Team work and having fun is the main goal here, creating a massive industrial powerhouse with a strong internal protection force is secondary. your ceo slot for your security division still open? also how big is this alliance so far. Were i to be ceo of the security branch would i have control over recruitment in that division?
