The reason there was no post about it is because it sounds like I am begging, and I don't want it to be like that. Hence I decided to use ads on EVE-Files to promote it and hopefully the word would spread by itself.
So, why should you make me richer? Well you don't, I have goals with the money I try to raise, I will not have the donations page up unless there is money to be raised for something.
Currently I am looking into buying a new server for EVE-Search, to make it even faster and to be able to include those 2003-2004 posts as well.
So help me help you (yeah I stole that line from that movie lol)

You are providing excellent services at no cost and pay for bandwidth and hardware yourself - there's no reason to be ashamed to ask for some support, man.

Threw some money into the bin, took me 10 minutes to work out what the ú to Ç conversion rate was. Good choice on server by the way.

When we have Mr. Chribba on the line;
Am I the only one to have problems with downloading from eve-files? Downloads start off fast, but often just stop - no slowdown or anything, just freeze. Often somewhere between 190-400kB downloaded. The only thing to do is abort and retry, until it works. Really, really annoying. Doesn't seem to be a bandwidth problem seeing how it does purr along just fine at 400+ kB/s, if not more, when it DOES work.
Oh, and an edit: Great service(s), when they do work

Well luckily I'm getting sponsored on a part of the bandwidth nowdays, but yeah hardware is harder to get sponsored, but it seems I get a bit of sponsoring from you all now, many thanks and I hope to be able to give you an improved service.

No idea why your download stalls, may I suggest a download manager? I have no restrictions on my side (unless you're from China then you might be blocked now and then), your ISP does not cap your transfers or shape your bandwidth?
