A gentlemans agreement was reached between Lotka Volterra and RA (After RA approached us I might add) The agreement was that after 2 solid years of constant POS warfare we would have a break and not contest each others sov.

This agreement between LV & RA was only ever to give us both a rest over the Christmas period, which is completely understandable. (and perhaps beyond if the truce held). By default this agreement also extended to Goonfleet owned systems (the part of the agreement that LV was MOST unhappy with)

It is no surprise to LV that this agreement has been broken by Goonfleet. We always knew they would do this eventually. But what Goonfleet need to remember is that we can mix POS wars with the best of them. Our longevity and persistence is a proven fact. Goonfleet have woefully underestimated LV even though at this time we stand alone.

The most important thing to remember here though from LV's perspective is that the veil between us and the enemy is now lifted. We can see our true enemy face to face as they are attacking us directly. We no longer need to collaborate with others when fighting you, and fight you we will.

Death to the Goonfleet, you are a stain on the face of EVE.
