To briefly touch upon your question, we have a large number of Tech 1 BPO's that we make available to our Licenced Producers within the corporation. We do also have a small number of T2 BPO's privately held by some of our members as well. If a BPO/BPC is available to be used for production, and you have the materials, you can produce away!

Wow, four posts in a row without anthing from Tenbu!
This means he's either gone on a 3-day bender and has spent the last day or so as a guest of station security somewhere, or perhaps the C.I.A. has caught up with him at last and he has been moved to a "designated holding facility" for "processing." 
Either way, I'd better get some of the guys from the Security Division on the case, I don't want Tenbu's job (yet!) 
Back to the real reason behind this post though: If you want to join a corp where the members take care of and watch our for one another, check out VLV. We may just be the corp for you!
