The Slasher ship icon is kinda cool, they should replace the current ship icons with those.

I can see it now, someone accuses RA of using some many different shades of red that they're increasing fleet lag and in the meantime many people are getting scammed by some clever sod painting T1 ships to resemble their T2 versions on the contract market. :)

I could paint spinnaz, fuzzy dice and twenties on my Dom to make it big pimpin'! Then we could go cruising round Jita to make the lag even worse.

Paintshop would be brlliant. A painting ability like the HW2 one would be ideal (with corp/alliance logo's on ships).
Also the alpha looks like it has categories for each item...a much cleaner hangar imo.

Can some ISD that knows this screen shot is real please tell them it did have paint at that time when this screen shot was taken ?
it must be shocking for many player that keep saying to me they have been in eve longer then any one and never seen that screen,,..
i keep telling them ingame that was not even the first or last half of beta yet lol.

I'm sure there was a perfectly good reason they removed the paintshop thing, and I'm sure that very same reason is entirely the reason why they haven't put it back in yet.

Just think of all the new looks of ships that show what we are into .
But may be it sounds silly.
It be cool to pay in ISK to some NPC corp to have there logo on our ship !!!

I'm amazed how far we have come from these humble screenshots.
I joined EvE as a player in Beta 6 and these screenshots pre-date that. I would hazard a guess that these are very early beta screenshots (beta 2 or 3 maybe) I honestly have no idea.

Hmm, It was very early beta, I got in for the first beta round, The interface is alot nice now tbh, I mean It was sorted for you back then, but you had to go into each section to find what you wanted, kinda pita imo.

Its before Beta 4 when I started. In Beta4 the station interface was a bar across the top. The paintshop tab was still there but was disabled.

OMG i played longer than a dev! Jiekon=n00b. It wasn't beta 3 cause i started at the begining of 3 and i've never seen it. I think it might have been beta 2 though. I know that people were complaining about ship logos being removed then so that might have been part of the paint thing.
I might be a n00b, but i'm the n00b in your game making your stuffs
