Edit: I can never seem to spell correctly in my first posts Yeah I am a pirate.What are you gonna do about it?

I'll try this off the top of my head. 6x 'arb' seige 1x Heavy nos 1x 20km disruptor 1x XL shield booster (Maybe Large I forget) 1x shield boost amp II 2x active hardners (EM/Invuln) 1x Heavy Cap Injector (800's) 2x BCU 2x PDU 1x Co-processor That fit? ~~~~~~~~~ Caldari. It's so easy a Minmatar could do it.

No need for a Cap injector. Just smash into their faces and web them, then launch torps from about 1km out while keeping them web'd\scram'd. Use 2 heavy nos. Given low skills, you'll need RCU's in the lows, so your tank will suffer. Overall, raven isn't a great solo PvP ship. It does shine in small gangs, with dedicated tacklers. Jav torps hurt alot, even after their recent nerf.

Forsaken	Posted - 2007.01.24 20:05:00 - [13] Seting up a raven for solo pvp is difficult, works much better in groups but heres the setup I use 6 arby sieges (will fit t2 if you use another fitting mod) 2 medium neuts 1 t2 EM hardner (switch to another invuln if you can afford it) 1 t2 invuln 20k Warp Disruptor C5-L X-Large sb (better than the t2 one imo) Heavey Cap Injector Either a Sensor Boster or Shield amp (not sure which works better, the sensor boster for gang definitly) 3 t2 bcu's 1 t2 PDU (you might have to use a rcu if your fitting skills arnt so great) 1 either nano or cargo expander (not enough cpu to fit much else, you'll need a cpu mod if your fitting t2 torps or your fitting skills arnt good) it works well for me, though I dont love it for solo, I prefer using faster ships for that

Timmyu Spontaneous Defenestration	Posted - 2007.01.24 23:21:00 - [15] I actually had great success solo in a raven during alliance empire wars just before i left LV, ran around solo in this setup and did quite abit of damage without any real losses (few months ago tho): 6 cruise t2 (i know... bla bla cruise do no dmg, its just not true, great weapon system) 2 heavy dimi nos (great defence against smaller stuff and offence against BSs) XL t2 booster (t2 being very important because you couldnt run an cl5 for more then a couple mins even pumping boosters 24/7, t2 let you run it till they ran out) warp disrupt (duh) 2 t2 invulns heavy electorchem (probably t2 nowdays) 1 optional (racial ecm was the win then when you know your target, also kept a photon t2 hardener, a boost amp, web, sensor booster, racial ecm..., the hardener usually went on when roaming) 3 bcu2 1 IFF dcu 1 pdu (i think, not 100% sure, might have been another BCU which DOES help in pushing your dps that crucial bit over what they can rep and so on) was great but in the end became too boring, very powerful, but you were basicly a mobile missle platform and not a ship you could controll, however now with warp to zero im sure id have more fun flying it. remember to keep a couple reloads of each dmg type and one precision, when facing shield tankers, load 3 with EM, and one with each of the others, check your log for dmg, then switch to the one you do the most with, armor tankers explo instead... you wouldnt belive how often you get a significant amoutn more damage against a type you wouldnt expect and remember 10 seconds is NOTHING

Want my opinion ravens sucks at solo pvp because: they are very slow, torps wont hit better unless u fight anouther bs, the cap sucks so u cant maintain ur tank for long... so if u relly wana solo pvp u might try gallente or minmatar ships... _______________________________________________ Allways watch ur back...the CURSE is comeing...

Damage is below t1 level aswell. Bonus is like 25% extra range. Maybe i'm missing something about them. I see them as useful as jav rockets.

It just is most times out classed by the other BSs to be very useful solo.
