It seems that the focus of this massive force is not as we had hoped a GM testing the drop rate of the new fangled drones (which i think would be mighty amusing) but it is infactuality FATAL Alliance (hope i spell that correctly). So we know who is going and where but now why.......................................ect i can find no reason, FATAL are only a 600- 700 man alliance and the one of the only new alliances to get out there and grind to put up an outpost (noted that X-Pack ad Ka-TeT have outposts, but given the fact they all seems to be in the astrophysical sack with each other don't seem all that taxing). I'm not here to spam baseless trash, as indeed it would be more fun to do. But rather seeking to understand what 4000 or so people would want with a 600 man alliance's outpost , which as i have already mentioned have 4 outposts between them (5 if you count RA's). So they dont need the station , quite honestly all i can see here is everyone ganging up on a small group which seems a tad unfair youd think the fact they were able to get out there and set up them selfs up without all the help would gain them some respect. I send my best to little fatal alliance, and point out my disappointment massive mini-alliance overkill death squad of overstatement. YOUR MOTHER WAS A HAMSTER! AND YOUR FATHER SMELT OF ELDEBERRYS! Never argue with idiots, they just bring you down to there level and beat you with experience!

So it's really no surprise to see them joined together at a gate camp. For two, Ka-tet could really care less who comes and goes from the new regions, as long as they aren't hostile to us. Naturally, if they are hostile, we will remove them from our borders. This should be common sense, and really shouldn't cause any sort of alarm to anyone...that seems to be the common ideal in 0.0, to kill the people around you that you don't get along with. There is no grand scheme here to hold 'the new regions' all to ourselves. It is simple 0.0 politics. To seperate 6HLB-L from, say, Wicked Creek, just because it's a newly discovered area of the universe, is just plain silly. BTW, 600-700 members in the new regions is a lot. /emote clarifies that this is a personal post, and does not come from corp/alliance, etc, etc, etc...

Looking at Fatal's History, they have been involved in POS and Fleet warfare everyday since their inception. Several of the other corps in fatal are what this very forum reffers to as "expert pvpers". (thank you eve search) While, according this forum, no one in tsds has such a rep. Its not ment to be a slant or an insult in any way. Its purely analysis of what I can find. Tsds are good at Ganks and small time gorilla warfare, Fatal is good at Pos war, and Fleet battles. Tsds have held an area of stain (wq?) for a very long time. Though this is an NPC station and the only "holding" means is that they make it so no one else wants to come in there. Fatal have been on the front lines of the RA / LV war for just as long. Those lines getting pushed back and forth constillations changing hands on a seemingly daily basis. They have FCs that are historicaly famous on these forums as Battle Commanders and Generals of sorts from many of the Major alliances. So as far as Fame is concerned, Tsds shoot a lot of haulers and Pods, and Fatal shoot a Lot of Battleships and Pos. This isn't an insult by any means, it just explains why they would be working with considerably more experinced Pos warfare groups to accomplish their goal. They are filling in their weaknesses.

Besides, F4T4L made a massive blunder setting up an outpost; for a group so luke-warm about PVE and manufacturing one would think they were just doing it so RA didn't have to farm. I'd love to hear Gunship on teamspeak during the defence.

Can't really say why they built it, but i'd assume its nice to have something to work towards, and to work with. As for reasons on leaving f4t4l, would you clarify further, i'm curious :) , as it sounds like when the going was looking to become anything but a free ride to 0,0 you jumped the boat.
