There was a recruitment drive early on which offered this, and when the Bloodlines patch came out they introduced it again. Since the 2nd round, there have been even more of these threads. In most of them, I have seen people saying that they would like another account IF the P^2 offer would return... That makes me think. What do those people need another account for? If they NEED or WANT another account, to get a hauler/cyno/titan alt, it is as simple as buying it, regardless of the P^2 offer. If they only want it when there is a discount, then I don't see what use they have for a new account...
