Hello, been wondering if this skill affects the speed on the scan for example of other ships using the scan probes.
This is what is in the description, but I talked with some people and some said 1 thing, others said another.
"Skill at operating scanners. 5% improvement in scanner speeds per skill level."

Unfortunatly not, it only effects the scanner modules. So Cargo Scanners or Ship Scanners.

You want Signal Acquisition for faster scanning.
The EW frigates and covert ops ships also have ship bonuses to scanning.

Sorry but the EW frigates does not have bonuses to scanning, (this is, the maulus frigate does not have bonus to scanning, but the imicus does)

Oops, I was thinking of the right ships but using the wrong term.
I meant the scout frigates (Probe, Heron, Imicus), not the EW frigates (Vigil, Griffin, Maulus and Crucifier).
Hmmm. Amarr don't have a frigate with a bonus to scanning.
