HI: 3x Dual Light Beam II (Aurora) 'Arbalest' Std Missile Launcher
MED: AB II Fleeting Warp Scrambler F-90 Positional Sensor Subroutines
LOW: Sm Armor Rep II 2x Heat Sink II Mark 1 Generator Refitting Capacitor Power Relay
---------------------
I made this setup for gang operations, the beams with aurora and the std missiles work perfect to orbit right about max range for the scrambler. The armor repper I intended for use after battles, and as such I have not worried about being able to run the repper along with everything else.
I am still a bit new to setting up ships, and if I have made any stupid mistakes, please inform me. I thank you in advance for any input. -=^=-

I have basically the same, except I have a small nos instead of the launcher. If you're willing to lose the dps of the launcher, the nos will help you sustain your tank. But for gang ops it matters less. ------ ------

The lack of a MWD makes my skin crawl personally. If it works for what you're using it for though, more power to you.
I've flown the Veng once or twice, wasn't awfully impressed. Better than the 'sader for tackling though. --------------- PvP in EvE is not consentual.

I've flown Vengeance a lot and have found that if you fit an MWD you won't go fast enough to justify the signature radius penalty unless you of course fit istabs and such and even then it goes only like 1..1,6km/s. So yeah, if you fit an MWD it turns to yet another paper thin tackler which admittedly has its uses but isn't using the potential of the ship to the fullest at all. --- Mandatory disclaimer: These are my thoughts, not my corps/alliances. ---

That is the very reason why I did not go with a MWD. I tried it out and the speed was just not fast enough to counteract the sig radius. -=^=-

since forever? Well to be honest, I have only been paying attention to them for a month or so (when i decided to train for them) and they have had 4 lows for that long.
On another note, I switched up the setup on the lows after doing a little testing, After having a few different types of ships shoot at me while I ran my tank, I found that with the above setup I can hold the target for quite a while, but not quite long enough to make me happy, so I swapped out the hs2's for a 200mm T2 plate and a eanm (i think it was an eanm.. might be the other passive with all 4 resists, im not online so cant check). After tanking it up I had to swap the cpr for a pdu to get enough pg to put the missile launcher back online.
I have not had a chance to test the new setup, will report with my results. -=^=-
