Well looking at the fit.. it seems more or less complete for amarr level 4 missions
Where is my mission runner fit for amarr space

With my skill level (plus 3% implants) i get about 750dps (670dps with two BC) from missiles and 160dps from drones - and with all skills at level 5 you can get about +1100 dps with the missiles and drones in that fit..
And tanks about 360 - 450dps depending on what armor hardeners you fit.
Depending on mission and skills.. i can drop a BC for more tank.. or the DC for a Armor hardener.
Same goes for ammo and drones.
The fit does really great vs anything cruise size and up.. and can do more or less all missions without much problems.
Just needs alot skills to support the fit.. not that newbie friendly.
Was thinking going fleet typhoon for more tank and raw dps, just had alot of issues with drone aggro, compared to the normal typhoon.
I like armor, missile and drones..
Just cant get my self to jump into a rattlesnake or a mach.. I really dislike their look of the ship..

Well atm i got minmatar battleship level 4, so with a fleet typhoon i would just be able to replace the Large Auxiliary Nano Pump I with a Large Warhead Flare Catalyst II to get the same appication
And replace the Large Armor Repairer II with a Core C-Type Large Armor Repairer to get nearly the same tank.
But how come the fleet typhoon has aggro issues with drones ?.. Does the RoF helps with aggro with the normal typhoon ? |

Well i use the drones like i use to on the normal typhoon.. but somehow they get targeted instantly when i fly in the fleet typhoon..
And i use light and sentry drones, so aggro should not be an issue when i just use them with brains..
But somehow after the fleet typhoon gets the aggro.. and then deploy the sentry drones.. '
They get targeted by EVERY ship.. from small to large.. frigates, battlecruiser, battleships.. you name it..
I just cant get my head around why.. or how.. |

so npc shoot your drones - exploite it!!! on fleet phoon wil be better to replace 3 missile rigs just with 2 missile guidance computers with precision scripts
Well yea.. apart from that i mean, how the drones even when i wait to i get the aggro of everything.. even kill of the elite frigates and distroyers, then deploy the sentry drones.. they get targeted by everything..
With the normal typhoon i have no such issue.. and i can even deploy the drones on that and nearly go afk without loosing the drones..
Where fleet typhoon they seem to just get targeted right away.. |

Yea i saw some really insane dps fits from a friend, and he said that, most faction battleships has drone aggro issue.. is that true ?
And the TFI would be an isk upgrade in that it does not use as meny missiles as the normal typhoon. |

6x cruises + 2 drone link augmenters in high.
This leaves all the low slots free for gank mods (well I do have the meta 4 damage control in there too).
This setup is very CPU intensive though (that's why I have the Genolutions and a CPU implant on my missioning clone) and ideally, you want to use faction ballistic controls and drone damage amps.
With the TFI, my fit will gives me close to 1300 raw dps (EFT). Application is not a real problem either, you just blap frigs and cruisers with your sentries, and demolish BCs and BSs with Furies.
If you are not willing / cannot afford to use bling gank mods, you can still get well over 1k dps with T2s, you'll just need a co-processor and/or a CPU rig.
I also have fitted one targeting range rig to get it above 100km, find it quite necessary with this setup as I don't always judge my micro-jump 100% accurately and then don't wanna waste time burning into targeting range..
so you dont use rigor rigs or target painters ? |
