Right, i think my top 4 mang gang would include
1 Vindicator, A Eos, a Curse and a Rapier.
The vindicator would be for damage, the eos would provide repair drones and gang mods as well as a bit of fire power from it's remaining slots.
The curse would be fitted to deal with any tanking ships and be using tracking disruptors to mess up any guns ships. And the Rapier would be to slow down any small ships and Nano ships so they could be taken out.
