Hello;
My corp is expanding and I am looking for a couple of people to take on FC roles. The right individual for this position would:
Understand that eve is a game and FUN is the most important element
Treat eve as a game (RL always comes first)
Patience and a passion for teaching new players (new to eve, new to pvp)
Have to be active enough to make a difference
Ensure fleet purposes would be a mix of FW objectives and player kills
Please note that there is no mention of the need to prove one was experienced or successful at PVP/FC to apply to this position. Expect the fleets to be about 5 ppl, flying a mix of frigates and destroyers, with the average ship being worth about 10m isk. The majority of the activity happens in EU tz's, but there's activity 24/7.
I am willing to pay ISK for the individual that takes this role up to PLEXing your account.

Snazzy shirt there. If you're in a position to pay someone to FC you may as well just pay yourself. Really, it's FW. Just fit for max tank and spank and go tackle the things. Get your guys to focus their damage. 10m isk ships? Nothing to lose. Just go for it m8. :)

Thanks for the motivational words.
When I am on I need to split my time between CEO (hr, logistics, politics, etc...) and FC. Plus, I can't be on to cover all TZs. I am looking for people to help me provide more content over more time. |
