This toon has been on the back burner for years and I figured I would sell him instead of never using him.

Guided Missile Precision and Warhead Upgrades are "starter" skills? I think not. Sure they are good skills to have but I don't believe they are considered "core" skills. The point is, every skill this toon has is an effective stepping stone to a good foundation for a Caldari PVP toon.
