After getting podded, I woke up in a station and noticed that Caldari Battleship 5 had vanished, I have 16.5 mill sp's and I checked on my journal that I definatly purchased a 19 mil sp clone beforehand. I dont know why this happend, except that this possible could have had something to do with my jump clone being located in the same station

The best thing you currently can do is to file an petition with ccp, because i do not think posting this issue here will get it resolved.
Also jumpclones get destroyed when jumping from a station where you also have a jumpclone with the following jump types:
- Station has jumpclone, you jump from your current body to this jumpclone
- You move an jump clone to a place where you allready have a clone
Best advise is to prevent 2 (clone) bodies to "collide" with each other because the result can be unpredictable.

Dude I used to know you back in 2005 I think, I was in Northern Rock, and I think you were in IPX or something

Yes i know i recognised your name aswell as somebody i used to know.
I provide support here aswell as help out people ingame with various issues and questions they have regarding certain aspects in eve.
I also took the time to check for more of these issues and im sure the only way it can be fixed is trough petitions because these topics are not often checked by GM's resolving these matters (provide as much details about jump and main clone as possible so they can look to the issue faster and provide an solution more quickly).
Sidenote: When u loose skills it always selects the best ones it seems.

I lost my skill points, but i dont know when or how. But your bring up an excellent point. I've seen alot of people posting about loosing skillpoints, but haveing the correct clone installed. But i do recall haveing my medical clone on the same dock as a jump clone several times. I wonder if that has something to do with it.
Also, by chance did get an eve-mail saying "so you died? you have a clone.." that told you that you lost skillpoints? I didn't. And according to everyone i've talked to, your supposed to get a message that tells you how many sp's you lost and from where.. if you die with a sub-quality clone.
