Has anyone read or know anything about how the removal of pos' will affect moon mining, as it would be unfeasible to spend billions to set up a citadel at every moon.

POS aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Probably be 2+ years before they're actually removed.

Wonder about it all you want, it's so far out that there's likely no definite plan and idle speculation is about all you really CAN do.

So yes, there are plans for it already. It would be absurd to tell us POS are going to be removed in about a 2 years span of time without actually having the replacement stuff atleast thought up, wouldn't it? |

given that the medium citadel is cheap, one would imagine you'd just replace your mining pos with a medium and call it a day. |

The first citadels are dropping in March.
They were announced less than a year ago.
So, yeah, actually the notion that they have a fleshed out plan for moon mining is nonsense. There will be an alternate structure, a fact which is firmly classified under "no ****". Beyond that, there's ****-all to be known.
