Most of them don't gank for profit. However, some do and a few of them do get mad enough to waste a few hours trying to gank you if you steal their loot.

CODE is for special needs players.
If you qualify your carer will help with the application.
Once accepted they will provide you with ganking macro's ingame, and cut n paste responses for the Forums.
Thieving pirates discuss INTEGRITY; Anarchist gankers give us LAWS; and Whoring merc's cry then blow off clients with INSULTS.

Don't hold your breath.
They have a web app that can determine the intelligence of an author by the use of hierarchical hidden Markov model (HHMM) technology.
I am not artificially intelligent, but based on the fact that your last three "emissions" were posted in the wrong forum and were riddled with gross spelling and grammatical errors, my guess is that you will not be scoring highly on the prospect sorter.
