I took a break in November and came back in Jan, and I have noticed a marked increase in Lag over that period. EvE is still playable but I now factor in a greater % chance of dying to lag then I did before.

Thats a pretty stupid suggestion considering that if people do follow your advice so will the lag....

Lag for dummies -> Regardless of whether you have a 10billionmegadoobie connection, a cluster of cray supercomputers and a pink bicycle helmet, you will still get lag cause its not just your pc and your connection. So the people saying they 'Never Lag In Jita' are full of brown gooey stuff.

It's more like I turned up all my GFX card options to max and am having a bit of a stutter on the fps.. nothing serious just not butter smooth anymore..
