Personally, I think we define Tri as pirates simply because they like to shoot our guys, in a non-political sort of way. That seems about enough.
Not that there's anything wrong with being a pirate. I think the original box for EVE openly offered me the chance to be a pirate. If there weren't pirates prowling around, 0.0 would be as dull as Empire, and I'd probably have quit EVE months ago. Politically, FLA lean towards anti-pie; but thats not some moralistic judgement about someones RL character- 'tis just a gameplay choice.
As Daedal said a few posts back, the offer's still open if you fancy teaming up again in the future of this so-near-yet-so-far war. If not- meh, happy pew'ing.

Well, in rather backstabbing fashion, Insane Asylum has followed in the steps of FLA in agressing us.
A small gang of us travelled up to FLA space for a little pew pew. On the way there we passed a few Insane Asylum members and they were blue and no aggressions. 5 minutes or so later after fleeing from the blob of FLA they sit on the otherside of the gate and they engage us, whilst we are still blue to them.
Now end of the day, I don't care if they want to fight us. It's a bit sad though being blue with us until they are in a position to sandwich us in then aggress us. Thats sad especially as one of these was a former Trium member.
Now it's only the small groups and the ones who can't handle themselves and would need our help more are the ones causing trouble. The IRON's and D2's are doing nothing of the sort. Maybe not everyone is stupid and see us as an asset to be friends (Well we do boast a decent capital fleet and have shown many times to throw them in the heat of battle).
We are friends with the north and it will stay like that. So carry on betraying our trust. It matters not for the ones who deserve our trust will still have it when it matters most. The ones who don't will keep our overviews busy when we are not out helping the north in ending the invasion of BoB Lite or whatever they are called.
To the rest, please try and be a little bit more respectable when breaking trust. Especially when you are a former member of our alliance.
Oh Yeah nice quick reaction time from FLA, don't think our gang was prepared to take on that many. Still, shows some further improvement on your behalf.

good fight last night fla we took a few losses btu we left almost 100 fla wrecks behind, well done for bringing the fight even though you did outnumber us and it was in your space, congrats was lots of fun

I will be honest... the last attack was totally unexpected and props for bringing it with that last move again. I already had left my spying spot at your pos and was busy looting stuff from the fight i could not see because i was scouting and you came again after we had removed over 50% of your fleet from the system already.
