How about putting the Jovians actually into the game?
Well... Since EVE launched in year something like whatever and it was like 2003 and there wes something about those mysterious jovians which basicly hang out with themselves doing something very advanced like actually not being present in the game in any way. So it's 2007 and still nothing, so whats up with them? CCP, give speed for your developers to get things runnin' puhleez :-D

It's been mentioned a few times that they [the devs] don't want the Jove to be a playable race, more a-kin to a god race than anything else.

All the GM ships are jovian from what ive seen. Do you really want their ships in the hands of players?
IMO 99% resists and 10s shield recharge time is abeit unfair...

I believe they use mostly Polaris ships.

Well they could appear more in the game universe... eventhouhg not as players, but as npc:s or devs. :-)
something like Jovians bring havoc to Band of Brothers? ;-)

Yay, make the agents of the jovian corporations jovians! i always wondered why there are sitting caldari, minnie or whatever races as jovian agents in their stations...
