Before the mega n zyd spike.BS prices all seemed to be pretty regular, was just wondering what is the current average price for each of the battleships

We've sold Megathrons for 115 mill. I've seen Armageddons for 80 mill.

Some ppl sell lvl 2 BS with a loss for as low as 100 mill, but the fair price is about 115 - 120 Mill
80 mill for a lvl 1 BS is actualy pretty cheep.

Bull, before the mega price it cost you 40mil to make a arma and rest of those class bs.
You can't tell me that it raised 40mil in mineral price.
People used to accept some % over the mineral price as profit, like a 10% profit*. Now they take 10% over a large sum of money because the prices raised on mega.
Thus..
The prices increased more and more, not only cuz the mega/zyd prices.
*this ammount is an example.

I'd like to point out that with mega prices REALLY high, these ships selling at 115 mil aren't crazy. when you factor in Zy at 2500 sometimes and mega at around 20K per unit. you can easily have a BS cost you 110 mil just to build with PE 5.
if anyone says mine it yourself, please let me know what 0.0 place besides FIX welcome friendly miners. and if you have a belt that respawns correctly with fat bistot also let me know because flying 60 jumps for a few hundred units of bistot isn't worth it. Instead we will sell ships at 115-120 mil. And we do.

I sold my megathron recently for 86 mil.
On the other hand, I got my raven 2 days ago for 80. Hm.

I sold 2 Scorpions for 62.5 mill on sunday.
80 mill for Armageddon, huh?
With these prices maybe I should consider selling my Megathron and my Raven.
All the angels and the puny men of god looked away...

mega is still ready available on almost all markets i've looked at between 16-18k per. With mega at 18k buying all the minerals off the market I worked out an Apoc would cost 92m + bpc cost.
This would be less assuming most people have some kind of refining skill.
Last time I checked a Megathron needed less mega than an Apoc so I'm guessing a Megathron at 115m is making a good 15m profit.
If this is not true then someone please post figures otherwise! There's lots of scare mongering going on regarding the price rise and I think manufacturers are taking advantage

why dont we not all move our arses and mine bistot that way BS's will fall in price as megacyte will be regular? or maybe someone can make fortune by making huge bistot/crokite mining ops and sell bs's for 90mil (apoc's)??

As of right now, I could buy all the minerals for a megathron at PE5 ME5 for 87mil ISK. Add in some ISK to cover buying the blueprint, and a bit more for profit, and there's your price. I doubt you'll see many newly built megathrons for 90mil in the near future.

Well, last time I ran a calk on mineralprices for Megathron with the current prices on zyd and mega in my Region, I came out with 105,625,420 isks.
So if I ask for 9.5 mill for bulding it, is that to much?
Or would you rather just buy a BPc for 10 mill?

Ive struggled to sell somthings, at the same time seeing someone sell BP's at a higher markup than I was making and I have PE5!!!

For a long time DP scaled back on battleship production and just sold BPCs.
We could make just under the same amount when we started, and a couple of weeks in you make more markup on a BPC than a battleship.
I mean you have to laugh. People were/are paying the isk to do thier own mining/hauling and production at probably a lower PE level.
We're selling battleships again now but at OUR prices - 115-120 is about right for a lvl 2.

Megacyte is BLING BLING .
We stopped making Ships 3 months ago when all the bistot dried up in 0,0 space.
I wonder if it would be cheaper or if you can buy a Battleship from a npc now?? At 115-120 mil isk, you are approaching npc prices.

With some mathematically challenged people selling below or at mineral cost, you can make lots of money by buying up that stock and reselling at fair prices. We have done so recently.
And when anyone says to mine your own bist... Why would I spend time to mine Megacyte and Zydrine and then take a profit hit by building a Battleship below what I could sell the actuall Megacyte and Zydrine at? If that is confusing, you shouldn't be involved in economics! Some are now seeling level 2 bs's at 125 million. Seems fair when a Battleship Original costs over a Billion isk. You'd have to sell 100 battleships to cover the cost.

boy I remember the days when BSs were 115-120 mil a pop... I bought a raven the other day for 90 mil. If they are at that price again, Ill not buy a BS outright. Ill mine the stupid bis myself and build it.

FYI Curse, Stain, Fountain, and NVA have never been at war, it was all a grandiose work of fiction with the aim of stopping all flow of megacyte into the empire

And the other good ol days when an Apoc cost 140M.
Ahhh, those were the days. No carebears flying around in too big ships, and you could make money by manufacturing ships.

WTF is up with all the stpd ppl on trade cahnel these days.
There are actualy a lot of ppl taht think that BS prices shuld just stay around 90 mill.
Tho everyone with a litle knowlage knows that you can actualy make money with buying BS for up to 100 mill and refine them for the minerals.

I don't know if ppl read what ccp wrote about the game and I can't remember where I had seen it but it went something like this. Most people in eve will own a cruiser and only big corps will be able to own BS and Titans bla bla bla. But now we find people are owning bs and have money reserves in the 100 of millions. I think that npc bs prices should raise also and that bs prices should be in the range of 200 to 300 mil each. Ok now you can commence the flaming I dared to say increase the price. Oh btw I don't own a Bs so you cant say well u already have one so it's ok to raise the price. But yeah if anyone has a spare apoc I would certainly want one at 90mil LOL like thats going to happen any time soon.

when i go into battle if my corp only had cruisers we'd get rushed like grapes. if one corp has BS's, every corp needs BS's to compete in wars, unless they have huge numbers...

This is just geting silly.
ppl actualy think that the Megacyte price is going down with next patch cose of Arc/Spod.
Have you heard about the NPC rats in BS?
They will be in the Arc/Spod fields gurading the 5 units of each ore in the belt.
If you belive that the Megacyte prices are going down. pls hurry to the trade chan and sell all you'r mega cose there aer lots of ppl that know the truth and will buy it all from you.

One problem with bs npc¦s guarding the arkonor and such high end minerals as probably bistot and spodumain too is that it will be work for only bs owners or a lot of cruisers with long range or jamming and target boosters... but I guess this is just something that the current bs owners will have to own folks on :)
I agree with CCP that not everyone should have a bs and they should be more rare, so should the cruisers in my mind... The top cruisers should be around 10mil and bottom around 5ish... Call me crazy but it would be more fun and more frigates around involved in the fights. Just think about it...
ps. With the current prices so high for bs, the losses when loosing a bs are getting bigger and bigger considering the insurances and therefore if you kill a bs then you are doing someone a lot of harm.. as I think it should, for it aint given to kill one if the pilot is worthy of it.
