Please try again or contact EVE customer support." What on earth can i do resolve this ?

If you are using the new launcher you might also want to try to remove your saved accounts and login new with them. Thanks for responding, and yes, i've had this launcher for about 1 year now (i stopped playing in July 2015, but didn't remove it since i'd come back). Should i re-install Singularity for this issue to be resolved or should i re-install EVE Online completely ?

I check the forums every day, i just came back from working overtime :)

When i try to sign into Singularity, it says this: "Since you haven't logged in from this IP before, please enter the name of one of the characters associated with your account" And when i enter my character names (i know all of them of course), it gives me this message: "Invalid username / password Incorrect character name entered" Should i just remove Singularity completely & install it again ? Thank you for your time :)
pajedas Warlord of Mars 32	Posted - 2016.02.03 18:54:16 - [7] - Quote My bad, seemed longer. Do you have the New Launcher? It's a much needed upgrade from the old launcher. It even has tools and options to diagnose your network. You no longer need 2 full copies of the client. They share a cache and you can verify the integrity and purge unnecessary files. Good luck.

Because for some reason, even with this new launcher now installed on my computer, i still get the error that my account doesn't exist/wrong password. Despite using the exact same details as for my Tranquality server which works fine.

One is due to the character being created after the last mirror, the other is due to creating a username/pw for my steam based account (for use with sisi) after the last mirror. I dont know if this is the cause for you as well (traded characters would also have this problem). CCP, any word on when a new mirror will come?

I started playing again about a month ago, and i couldn't join Singularity due to me having quit in july 2015. So i asked to be activated here, and i was within a day & a half, it went smoothly. I believe you're right, we're kind of on the same boat & let's hope CCP can assist us with this ! :) PS: This is my original character that i created back in 2008 or 2009, never traded it or anything :D

Thank you for replying :) I just tried to sign in again, and i keep getting the same exact message. I have tried to sign into Singularity ever since the day after the masstest last week on the 28th of january, and i haven't been able to :/ If you want, i can make a recording of me trying to sign into it & send it to you ? Or you could try singing in yourself & see if it works, if that works, then it's probably something wrong with my client & i shall re-install everything :) Thanks for reading !

From what I've seen trawling the forums here it looks like the devs are going to look into it pretty shortly. They've been (very understandably) stretched thin performing the big data center move for Tranquility and haven't had the bandwidth for solving issues like these. I, of course, can't speak for the devs but that's my impression from the various posts.
