Auctions end on Sunday 4th of February at 20.00 eve time.
Delivery isn't included in the auction, the pick up system will be in high sec empire (0.5 or higher) and will be eve-mailed to the winner.
There is no sniper rule.
I might sell under the reserve depending on the highest bid, and any bids above the reserve will be accepted.
1600mm Reinforced Steel Plates II BPO (me & pe 0)
Starting bid: 4bil
Reserve: 5bil
Buy-out: 12bil
Min. bid. incr.: 100mil

If so you might as well just have ppl sending you there best offer. I strongly regoment sniper rule. I fined 15 minutes to fit just nicely.

The reserve IS a reserve, but since you need an explanation, say the bids reach 4.9, I might not be so tight as to refuse such a bid. Oke ?

Actually, what he says IS what a Reserve is...
"I RESERVE" the right to NOT sell UNDER my reserve..
So If you bid at his reserve price (or over) he's obligated to sell.. not selling once the reseve is met is like telling a lie..
so if you bid 4b, his reserve is 5, but he still sells to you then he has in fact follow'd his own auction rules.

Probably not great. From what I understand, the T2 800m plate profit margin is horrible (T2 version cost more to fit, not much better than best named) and demand is very weak.
The T2 1600mm plate, I'd say it likely suffers the same fate since it costs more to fit than a common rolled tungsten and provides the same amount of armor boost, IIRC.

since this last bid, while 2min late, is the exact reserve, i'll accept it and extend the auction for 20 mins to make it fair for any other bidder. Auction ending at 20.22, no more late bids will be accepted though. (the sniper rule still applies).
