About Delictum 23216
Delictum 23216 was formed from a core of trusting pilots loyal to the Mandate. We have grown to approximately 30 members,able in most fields.
Delictum 23216 principles itself upon honour in combat. We do not smacktalk, use wcs or blob against our enemies. We encourage creativity and prefer fun rather than obsession with i-s-k. We do not fear fighting larger organisations.
What we look for in applicants:
- The right attitude: Mature thinking, independence and open-mindedness to roleplay
- Timezones: EU/NA preferably
- Experience: At least 5 mil sp, though those applying with fewer may be considered on the basis of other strengths
- Race: No particular bias - "Whatever it takes"

Those of us who were enlightened from a past life in darkness fly those ships they are familiar with (albeit we refit their interiors to include religious tapestries and slave-holding quarters).
Those who train from a lifelong loyalty to the ammatar cause are encouraged to fly amarr ships.
