Is there a skill that increase npc bounty payouts

Jei'son Bladesmith Caldari Bladesmith Mining and Development Consortium	Posted - 2007.01.30 21:34:00 - [2] DED Connections, tho I don't know if any have dropped or if it even works (last I heard it was broken or bugged or something but i heard that like second and third hand - if anybodys got more solid info I'd love to know) Then again I dont know how useful it'll be unless they change it, its supposed to give you 1500 isk/level bonus, which is fine if you're hunting belt rats in empire, but a max bonus of 7500/pirate is a drop in the bucket if you rat in lowsec/0.0 or do L3-L4 missions, especially when you consider how damn expensive the advanced connections skills are. If they changed it to a bonus percentage it would be a helluva lot more valuable. A friend of mine has it, and I have ratted with him. He would see larges bounties on the rats then I would see. I am unsure if the book still drops, I have not found a copy myself. ---- lasers go pew pew
