Are there any ?
Have CCP said that there are no hidden attributes ?
I have played other games where there have been and it has been confirmed by the STAFF, so is there for example a hidden luck attribute that would/could effect maybe the loot drops you get or maybe the R&D lottery.
In other games I have played the 'hidden' attribute was assigned at character creation and in some cases was effected by play. Thx.

OMGBBQ, AGILITY 100 = 0,7% GLANCING BLOWS, LUCK = 0,6% WRECKING HITS OMGBBQ, GLANCING BLOWS 0,4%.
You don't know how lotteries work, do you? Eve has become a lottery and will remain, sadly.

charisma is the only one. If you get it to 30 then you obtain a 25% chance concord will not attack you if you engage somebody.

There used to be some wierd attributes on items that didn't really make any sense (and some were amusing). That was a long long time ago though and I've never heard of hidden attributes on characters. That doesn't mean they aren't there. I kind of doubt it though since most of what goes on in Eve appears to be based on percentages. I don't really know either way but felt like yapping while waiting on my strip miners to cycle

Oddly enough there is a law in springfield, usa that requires ducks to wear pants

Has a DEV(or anyone from CCP) ever said categorically that they don't exist ? If not can they do so now ?  or has nobody ever asked before ?
Im not talking about weapon damage as such maybe something mundane like a better % chance in salvaging or w/e or ... anything.
