I officaly steped down as active CEO and removed some of my Chars from INFOD over a week ago for personal reasons. It now appears that I am no longer welcome on there forms. As founder and original CEO of the corp. This hurts deep. i have given close to 4 years of my life to this corp and have been casualy brushed aside because my views do not match those of a select few. I was not even given notice of this action until i sent an evemail asking why. So this will be my last interaction with INFOD members or the corp itself I wish the best of luck to them all in whatever direction they go.

it sucks to go... but since my opinions do not match those who are leading corp now i am no longer welcome to voice them or be part of the corp i started 4 years ago. it is a sad day when someone who loved infod as much as i did is forced to leave it. but i am in no position to stop what has been put in motion and am led to believe i am notheing but an anoyance to the corp anymore....

sounds like thats pretty out of line imo. wouldnt have expected them to act this way.
good luck pravius, you have created a truly great corp.
and btw (old infod>new infod) anyway imo
(this is MY personal opinion and doesnt reflect prison break or any of its members, making out that it does will make you sir, look rather silly)

this is truly a honorably way of telling the founder of your corp to **** of eh.. i urge all current infod members to think about what kind of corp you in.. this is not the infod you joined this corp has no respect for its creator how you think it feels about you...?

To be honest, someone could be the king of kakatuwamungus and not be in infod, he would not have infod forum access.
Doesnt matter who it is, infod = access, not in infod = no access.
We all know you dont agree, but as much as you dont agree it wont change 1 thing.

I have confiscated INFODs corp funds. to hold onto.. if they wish to disband infod and form there own corp i will gladly give them the isk but i will not alow them to drag my corps name through the mud. so think about this offer and plz before you kick a ceo from the corp make shure you get all his alts...

You left the corp, and made a new one, nothing else. the isk you stole was not yours, it was the corps. You try to destroy the corp it wont work. You left becouse you wanted too, so its no longer yours.

Ok first off, I have no preference to whats going on in INFOD's past. However I was in TS sorting out what had broken down with the HC that were online and just getting down to what the hell is everyones problem when you log in and take the funds out of corp wallet.
No offence but you actually have no idea what is going on in corp at the moment other than the bleak image that was posted on CA forums. I have had a long chat with Xirtam tonight and had just got everything sorted that end and was coming to talk to INFOD and find out what the problems were there and BHAM! the problem worsens.
Internal politics should stay internal politics.
And Im afraid INFOD won't die because of 1.5 billion, sorry the game just doesn't work like that. Now if you want to come and talk to me about this feel free, and before anyone asks. No I'm not a director, I'm just a concerned corp member who started an argument with Xirtam and sorted it. Shame it got blown out of proportion.

Hmm you stole from the corp wallet. Who do you think got that isk there? The members not the HC or whoever you seem to have a grudge against. You stole from the members of infod and that makes infod not your corp anymore when your actions hinder your members.

I have had the INFOD name for longer than eve has been around infod has been my guild in many other games... so all you have to do is creat a new corp and move to it and i will happly give you back the isk.. i dont want the isk. and its not about that. and this would be handled on the INFOD forms but you in your infinate wisdome removed my access and didnt even feel i deserved to know. you can call me want your opinion of me means notheing after today.

I have reached a point in my eve life that i feel i can do no more with INFOD. it has been an amazing 3 years or whatever but now i must move on to something diffrent. i will be removeing Nit from corp tomarow by this time. I wish you all the best of luck in whatever INFOD does from this point on. I will still keep minimal contact with corp through some alts i have in INFOD but will not have a leadership or active member role in INFOD anymore.

You didnt make infod to what it is now, the members did. infact, you left for over 1 year and then came back and expected to be in command again. our mistake for giving it to you. wont happen again.

yes i did leave for 6 months to be exact due to RL issues INFOD was putting a strain on my marrage and well its a game so life goes on.. my offer is on the table take it or leave it. anyone can think of me what they want. i know the truth and that is all that matters.. there are still member of INFOD i respect and to them im sorry you know who you are but you must understand that i wont sit by and be evicted from something i helped create cause i have a difference of opinion. I have no shame in my actions and feel i offer a fair deal. the isk will remain in my alts account for some time now to give you all time to resolve this. but you cant treat people like that and expect them to send you a thankyou card.
im willing to negotiate with infod over this but will not discuse this with anyone other than DR. Kojak. this is my final post on the subject so plz flame away and call me what you want.. have Kojak convo or eve mail me to set up a time for him and i to discuss this.

Not my fight nor my concern but since its a public forum you will get my two cents anyway.
Taking someone's property and stating you will give it back if they do as you wish is called extortion. It's punishable by imprisonment here in the USA. In fact I wouldnt be surprised if a GM takes the money back once he/she reads this thread and sees your admitance.
I am sorry for what happened to you. I am sure there are different versions of the story on both sides. I am sure you folks can work that out.
You spoke of respect and how you deserved it based on your history with INFOD. Do you thinnk your recent actions still warrant respect? When i was a small boy i remember saying something like "This is my ball and if you wont let me play with you i am taking it and going home". That was a long time ago and a life lesson i learned and later regretted. I am sure you will look back on your actions and think the same.

I have alot of respect for you Nit, and Tbh the actions you've taken today havn't been reflective of the Nit I know.
I think its dirty and low. At the end of the day you chose to leave INFOD, you even announced it in a corp mail. This to me means YOU chose to relinquish your roles as CEO. As such, regardless of the fact that you executed the corp back in beta, you no longer have any influence over the well-being and direction of which the corp chooses to take.
Taking a portion of the corp wallet was out of order and totally uncalled for. At the end of the day, whether you see it as such or not mate. INFOD isn't yours, it isn't defined by what you say it is, and by no means has INFOD become what you've made it. The truth is, for a good portion of 2005, Swanger was either the acting CEO or the official CEO of Infinitus Odium. So if anyone is to be complimented on the path of which INFOD has progressed, it's him. But more realistically, INFOD is what the fair, committed, dedicated INFODians make it. No ONE person makes INFOD INFOD, INFOD is a name, a name given to a group of people.
I tell you now, removing 1,500,000,000 from corp wallet will by no means destroy INFOD. INFOD will only crumble upon the actions of members. I hope you realise this.
As I've said Nit, I have respect for you, as do many others. Don't force us to lose that respect.

i will resolve the issue of the isk with kojack when he is back from holiday then i will be leaving eve for good.. My love for infod and the people in it is what keep me in game for so long without that i cannot go on.. yes my actions where rash but the dagger in my back has coulded my judgment. i would have given anything to any of you if asked and have many times in the past. i regarded you all as family and treated you as such. i have even put my real life in shambles for the corp and its members. the actions taken today to have me removed from corp in all aspects is a very deep cut. ive always been passionate about INFOD and how the corp is run. and maybe outspoken at times but what has transpired here today makes me ill to be treated as i have by people i look at as family. i was not even given notice but had to ask what was going on. i do not wish this apon any member of a corp and have never treated anyone like this... why people feel im deserving of this sort of harsh treatment is beyond me..
for those that called themself my friends and took no action in my defence i will no longer call you friend. for those that gave kind words i thank you. and to those that would still concider themself my friend dont let this be your last memory of me in eve...

Sorry to see you leave in this way Nitalya. Taking the isk is kinda low, considering that you haven't really been active for the last year or so. You may have been the founding CEO, but you certainly have no claim over the strength that reputation that INFOD has gained over the past year. We're not going to beg or negoiate for the isk. Keep it.
INFOD will spend the next couple of weeks getting its house in order once again.
