This char can fly Exhumers, Transport, Freighters, Covops. It also has a lot of reprocessing and production skills as well. Also can rat efficiently and effectively with a raven, scout with a covops, and mine like a ..... well you get the picture. Has several assets spread around, which include a covops with cloak, several ammo BPO's and a covetor.

Base attributes (not including implants) It does come with a +3 Perc, and +3 Will.
Int 17
Per 15
Cha 11
Wil 16
Mem 20
Looking for any race focused pvp. Close to a carrier would be preferred. Same or Higher SP offers only please. :) Will pay ISK for large SP difference.

Well i have a Amarr PvP charactrer specializing in Energy weapons and recon has a T2 recons ship and a BC fitted. He only has 11+M SP But I would say 95% of his skills are pvp skills.

skills training for minmatar recon, very few non combat skills, will give some isk to compensate the sp difference.

If your still interested in trading look at my character.
Hes pure pvp.
he can fly a absolution with full t2 gear.
he can fly a hac with full t2 gear.
he hits real hard. average damage 400-700 a shot. highest i've had was 985.62
and that was on armor.
