Am I right in saying;
For interdiction manouvers module, starts at 3%.
With lvl 4 skills
(Start * Warfare link specialist (4) * Skirmish Warfare Spec. (4) * Command Ships (4)
3 * 1.4 * 5 * 1.12 = 23.52%
With lvl 5 skills and implant
(Start * Warfare link specialist (5) * Skirmish Warfare Spec. (5) * Command Ships (5) * Skirmish Mindlink)
3 * 1.5 * 6 * 1.15 * 1.5 = 46.575%
Is that correct?
Also, out of forum topic, but no use posting another thread. Fleet commander gives bonuses to - Wings and Squadrons. Wing commander gives bonuses to - Squadrons. Squadron command gives bonuses to squad.
So in total, a squad can get a total of 3 bonuses?

I'm wondering about the numbers myself since I'm trianing gleadership skills only atm.
But what I do know is that gang bonuses don't stack and the strongest one applies, however you can have all the different bonuses.

No, they don't stack. If you assume you're a squad member, you only receive the bonuses from the highest skilled character in the group. The others simply allow these skills to "flow" to the rest of the gang.
E.g. your wing commander has Skirmish Warfare V, your squad commander has skirmish wafare IV - you just get the bonus from the WC (assuming your squad has 10 memebers in it and squad commander has Leadership V to allow the WC bonus to flow down to you)

Fleet commander gives bonuses to himself and any squad members below him(if chain of command is active and noone has higher skill level in the respective skill) Wing commander gives bonuses to himself and any squad members below him(if chain of command is active and noone has higher skill level in the respective skill) Squadron commander gives bonuses to himself and any squad members in his squad(if chain of command is active and noone has higher skill level in the respective skill) AFAIK that's how it works currently.

You can, however, receive three _different_ sets of bonuses. If the fleet, wing and squad commander all have trained different skills (skirmish warfare, armoured warfare, electronic warfare for example) then you'll receive the strongest bonuses from each. If all three of thse peeps are in Fleet Command ships then you're looking pretty good. Of course, this requires a large amount of training time, especially for the poor guy who has to train fleet command. Also, the commanders themselves only receive their own bonuses. So the squad commander doesn't get the wing or fleet commanders bonus for example. -- We are the Octavian Vanguard www.octavianvanguard.net

Yes, as always CCP completely fail @ writing descriptions.
As in, warfare spec skill doesn't give 100% bonus per level. If it did, that would be 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6x multiplier. But it is in fact 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5x multiplier.

Does that mean level one counts for nothing then...thats crap. Have to train it to lvl 2 to get some kind of bonus.

No, without lvl 1 you couldn't even use the Module
