So i have rapier.
I need advice how to fit it.
Tank on shield or armor , res kinetic/explo on armor are very low 25/10 so i must put 2 hardners on it (2 lows) ,trid med-rep t1 (named) and last low , 800mm plate ,but to short of pg.
Shield tank ist better but i tank take 4 med slots , and no place to 2x web and AB.
I fly solo and small gangs.

3x Mining Laser II, 1x Covert Ops Cloaking II ( in case an evil npc frigate tries to blow the hell outta you.
6x Cap Recharger II
4x Mining Upgrades I
4x Harvester Mining Drone

Solo
Highs: 720mm(t2) x3 covert ops cloak 2
Mids: Fleeting web x2, Dampener(t2) x3, faction disruptor
Lows: gyro(t2) x3, med armor rep(t2)
not sure on the lows been a while since I jumped in my rapier. pretty sure thats it though.
for gang I would use a huginn or switch the damps to webs and put more of a tank on lows. I perfer more tankable ships in gangs though unless some nano ship is the target.

I perfer
3x 720,1 t2 cloak
mwd, 2xweb, 2xdamp, 1x disrupt
2x gyro, pdu2, istab
I would also consider swapping something for a sensor booster

Lows were 2 gyros 1 pdu and a med rep. i checked for ya incase you were goign nutts trying ot fit it.

Thanks , i try fit properly this ship about half week now.
Waiting for recon 4 ,to take some cpu from cloak.
I try passive tank on shield with this fit
High
3x 650mm (not enought PG for 720)
1xCOC
med
1x warp dis t2
2x web
2x large f-9 regolit
1x inv field t2
lows
2x Shield power relay (wait to t2)
2x gyro.
Dps its nice , (about 70) .Shield reg its 27 per sec.
fit on 3x dampners its some riski to me , if target have a sensor booster you fly pod ;)
Its has no tank ,or with 650 i may put 800 mm plate but , this is no sens ,low DPS (650 mm with 1x gryo , and 1x armor hard on low)

3x PDU T2, 1 Gyro T2
Mwd for escape in tight situations
Good for low sec hauler gankage under sentry fire
For 0.0
You may want to drop one of extenders for sensor booster
Or if you alone you can setup a camp around Downtime with medium warp buble and if lucky you'll kill some frigs/haulers with T2/BPC/other multi-milion cargo..
