It was discovered during a recent raid in venal, that the NVA have within thier possession the first of the tech lvl 2 weaponary. Despite its broad and consistant rate of fire, this weapon seems not to be a total threat to anyone, much less any of the NVAs wide array of enemies. Below are the stats:
Tech lvl2 Hybrid Excuse Cannon
Optimal Range: 0km
Dmg Mod: x0.0
-5% credablitiy per level
this fearsome weapon comes with several differant rounds:
CCP carges: Used when blaming CCP for players own hardware, software, or ablitys shortcomings.
GM rounds: Used when player feels that everyone with anyform of control and power is against them.
Exploit Charges: Used when Player fails to realize that his ship, skills, and friends are inferior to thier competition.

Hmm i'm sure we've been the victim of this weapon as well. Are you sure the CA haven't been in cahoots with NVA ?

What a bunch of smack you act like you this has never happened to you. How about we all try to address the issue so I can get resoled then you could say what ever you want cause then you or anyone else in the system has a legitimate attempt to fight. We are all paying for this game and should get what we are paying for. Unless you are to narrow minded and would like the game to continue to be too inadequate to handle the server loads and when ever they do decide to start advertising this game and tons of more players get on and then we will all be force to live our lives in a station for fear of not being able to undock. You know most pirates I have fought against experience the same problems and have the same frustrations. I would really doubt that my computer or my connection is the issue at my house I do make enough money to keep my network at home up to date.

Damn, stuff like this is one of the reason being a solo player isn't that bad...
You think everyone in all the corps in the NVA are the same? Sure sounds like it, which annoys me.
Edit: I suppose a few members of biomass are using the gun with CCP/Exploit Charges btw... 
(Note how I didn't say "the entire forsaken empire")

Well hi guys....the thing that makes EVE so good is that you can do what u like(almost)and so its great having people like xen because we`d all get bored of hunting npcs....at least xen has a voice and personality....thou i bet he always checks his reflection to see if his hair is ok...and its always good to read something when its downtime
