I just lost connection when closing/reopening the map after getting a strange visual effect after jumping to another system...the map still sucks in that regard...
So I lost connection....tried to login again...and timed out...now I am logged in...and have no chat window 
Eve won't load missions either nor the journal...meh...reloggin again

I'm experiencing something similar. The chat channels take a while to come up, but they eventually get there. What's weird, though, is that I can't turn off my cloak, since "The cloak you are performing is preventing you to activate that module"... >.<

agents and missions not loading, chat channels coming up slowly....laggy modules....last time I experienced that we had a complete cluster failure coming up

Mission details won't show, can't talk to the agents of the station I was in when loggin in, slow chat window

I just cleared all my cache...and the problem is still the same...something definitely is wrong...no answer to petition yet :/

Am experiencing similiar problems. Am trying to lock a set of NPCs but the locking doesn't resolve. They are also shown as having me locked but are not firing.
Also upon logging in my chat is taking up to a minute to come up.
Have cleared my cache to no effect.
Are these the signs of impending server doom?

Same NPC-problem here too. Can¦t lock, try a few times and then all of a sudden they¦re locked =/. Damage updates are shown long before I actually shoot etc. And no, it¦s not lag. Everything else like warping, makret etc works fine.

Agreed its not.
Warping, docking and other things are fine. Its just as if something is bunged up on the server.
Most unusual.

I think there is packet loss on the way, download ping plotter (free version), im getting 5% loss on hop 7, ip is 195.50.113.29, oh and im in UK....

Just got a reply to my petition which basically says that they are having unexpected hardware issues...
Well, I'm calling it a night then and see if they managed to resolve the issues in the morning ;)

Same, opened agent window, asked for a mission but then hitting accept did nothing, now the agent screen won't load at all.

Saw some wierd ones myself last night.
I jumped from Jita into Perimeter... and found myself at a completely different gate inside perimeter.
A buddy of mine locked a target, and the target info box came up as one of those shipping crates you see in courier contracts.
Odd.
