Zara Yxray	Posted - 2007.02.01 03:39:00 - [1] Is it true that m0o once killed a unique ship in Eve? And how did they do it? And what did the name m0o stand for? Master of Ownage like in the movie "Terminator"?

And I don't think any of the killboards go back that far, I sure don't remember them being around in 2003. m0o sure did a number on the GM's a couple times though, that's for sure.... but that was pre-concord. I don't remember for sure if m0o was around during beta, but I think it may have been. Click "Last" on the general forum, and you'll see lots of stuff about them. Too bad we lost the first few months of the forums though, was some interesting stuff back then. I don't remember where the name came from. I think it might have been from an early stage in beta where there was a sound issue. Every time you clicked to move your ship around, instead of the normal thruster noises... it did a mooooo like a cow. It was quite funny for about 20 minutes. It also may have something to do with the infamous cow level in Diablo II, which was pretty big at the time still. Lots of cows walking around on their hind legs saying the word "moo". And not like a cow would do, but like a bored person just going "Moo moo moomoomoo, moo" as if it were a normal conversational word.

Riho Red Wrath Exquisite Malevolence	Posted - 2007.02.01 08:36:00 - [8] it was Tyrrax Thorrk's first unique ship loss if im correct :D i went out a starte to pvp in he golden magnet and as far as i have heard he killed quite alot before going down :) and i allways like to hear the ppl whine when a unique ship dies in PVP.... like: omg wtf... u idiot, why did u pvp in such a ship and so on :P thats what the ships are made for and its cool that there are ppl that fly em :) now someone has to PVP in the last impoc and fedathron :) allso bring out the tribal tempests and state ravens guys :) Great being Gallente... aint it ?

(This isn't an alt, just when I restarted eve I changed direction so decided to sell old and make this one :D) I remember m0o being serious ownage :P And does anyone know why the split or where I can find this info? Distun La Stere	Posted - 2007.02.02 12:21:00 - [20] Yes, mo0 was around in 2003 and it was not 'pre-Concord' as some name it, Concord was just different.In a much better way for pirates. I remember killing Concord ships in 0.8 in a Rupture till I ran out of ammo :)
