This auction is for the purchase of two Minmatar specific interface 2-run blueprint copies plus *all* of the components required to build each one.
Included in the auction are the following:
Cryptic Data Interface Blueprint Copy - 2 run
Required for the invention of Tech 2 variants of Minmatar specific modules
including all Projectile Turrets, Stasis Webs, Gyrostabilizers, Tracking
Enhancers, Nanofibres and many more.
Cryptic Tuner Data Interface Blueprint Copy - 2 run
Required for the invention of Tech 2 variants of Minmatar specific rigs including
all Projectile enhancement rigs, Speed enhancement rigs, Cargo capacity
enchancement rigs and many more.
The Interfaces can be used as many times as required for invention.
As stated, also included in the auction are all the components required to
manufacture all four of the interfaces. These are:
Data Processor x 6
Construction Alloy x 12
Energy Cells x 30
Mechanic Parts x 60
Electrical Conduit x 96
This assumes the builder of the Interfaces has Production Efficiency skill to
level 5.
The items are all currently held in high-sec in Sinq Liaison region, buyer
collects.
This is a one-time opportunity to gain all the necessary items to begin the
invention process in one place.
Starting bid: 2.8bn
Buyout: 6bn
Increment: 100m
Reserve: Hidden
Sniper rule: 15 minutes

Unfortunately I am not willing to split the Components from the BPC's at this stage.
What is being offered is the opportunity to purchase the Interface and immediately begin building it without the hunting around for the necessary components that everyone else has to do.

You might have better luck splitting it into two auctions: Data Interface + components, and Tuner Interface + components.
