Small Caldari tower in a 0.5 system in Lonetrek 3 jumps from Jita. 1 Mobile Lab and corporate hangar array fitted. Each lab will allow 3 ME, 3 PE, and 1 Copy.
There is enough CPU for 3 labs (which would give a total of 9 ME, 9 PE, and 3 Copy slots) and station defenses if required. Concord currently defends POS in 0.5 and over, even if war decced. If you want 2 or 3 labs bid for the item as fitted with one, and if you win the auction let me know and I'll add them at NPC cost for you.
1 weeks worth of fuel included. The POS setup costs 200m (npc price).
The Corp is a shell company set up for this sale and has no enemies or previous history.
Starting Bid: 300m
Buy-Out: 750m
Ends: Sunday, February 4th @ 22:00 (eve)
Bid Incs: 50m
Sniper rule : 10 minute

Yes Bookham Research is the corp name. If you required a differently named corp set up I could do this but it would take a week or two for standings to rise.
