In order to qualify for a interview, you must have the following: - -9.0 - -10.0 Security Rating - Have Played Eve for 3+ Months - Must Have a battleship - Active - ALL TIME ZONES ACCEPTED If you are qualified, You must then write and send a 2 paragraph essay ( The longer the better ) on the following: - Why you would like to be part of the cartel. - What you plan to do for the Cartel. - What you expect from the Cartel - What your goals are. That way if you are a spy its going to take you a long damn time to get back to 0.0 status. Sentry guns, power/shield generators, field repair mini-stations, mobile refineries. We are still working out the last tidbits of how they can be over taken, what is the penalty of having a sentry gun kill a n00b etc. and we have been a bit busy with plugging the holes that people have found.I would say that you'd start to see these items on the market in about 2-3 weeks, very expensive to begin with
