Just asking...
lmao what a stupid thing to say. your saying he is gutless because he's in a bigger ship? so what he should have done is docked up, bought a frig and then gone back to steal it
but tbh if it was me and he'd have been in a dread hell yeah i'd have taken it and laughed as he tried to hit my curse lol.
DE
You're reading too much into my post...
I was just asking a simple question, no strings attached.
The guy he was dealing with was wrong in the way he handled the situation, I can agree with him on that.
If you go around snatching loot from more powerful ships than yourself or ones of equal rating I can respect that 100%. If you go around snatching loot from weaker ships than yourself that is your prerogative and you can live with the reputation you'll get for doing that. I don't know about you but such behavior doesnĘt impress me.
Like some have said here, play the game the way you want. That is not the code I've decided to play this game by.
Just my two cents worth.

You assuming I saw him kill it and looted it immediatly just to kill him
I let the wreck sit, waiting to see if he wanted the stuff, but when you warp out from a belt after killing stuff, kinda appears as if you dont want stuff

Depends on WHICH type of petition.
I have a zero tolerance for those who threaten me with their GM friends (or alleged).
Plus :) reimbursement petitions are the ones that are really backed up. Rules & Policies get answered in like 10 minutes after submitting, so...no real backup

This reminds me of a Jerk I met when I started mining in madirmilire, I started mining then he comes to the belt in a noob ship (he was 5 days old) and claimed that he had left his retriver in the belt and I had stolen it.
I promptly told him to bugger off, I got 2-3 eve mails from him a day later demanding it back but eventually he left me alone.

hahahahaha
Tell if he is stupid enough to leave a perfectly good mining barge in a belt where anyone can warp to, then its his fault
Just like how in Kisogo local this guy was having a tantrum because he gave this guy who had been in his corp for 3 days hangar access, and the guy took 4-5 frigates supposidly, and now their all butthurt over it.
<.< seriously even tho its still corp theft, giving a 3 day older with your corp access is just stupid

You are wrong. Real pirates will asses a situation for profit, not just the kill.
You are talking about murder, which anyone with two brain cells can do.

If this is the case things are differnt. If you leave it sitting your claim to it is greatly reduced. that is very common and basic privateer code.

Looks like two not very smart people met in space.
You both has nothing better to do than bother GMs with this stuff ?
Precisely what I was thinking.

and why do you think that is?
because if they get a harrasment petition, or stuck or anything like that then it gets immediate attention and reimbursement petitions are sent to the back of the queue because they are less urgent. it's all the same ppl answering them tho, they don't have a different department for each time of petition ya know

Really how would that brain control the bodies involuntary functions whilst contemplating whether or not to attack the target?

Well its nice to see people arn't abusing the petition system and sending pointless trivial petitions to the GMs.
Next time it takes 4 weeks to get your ship reinbursed because you have a legitiment petition we know the kind of people to thank.

Hi. I'm a pirate. As long as the surviving modules' combined value surpass my ammunition cost (EMP and fusion S aren't terribly expensive), I get a kill AND net profit in one indiscriminate move.
