As of today, I have decided to retire my position in Blood Inquisition & Sani Khal'Vecna Alliance, And title of Blood Countess, with in the next few days... I am finishing up final arrangments and loose ends at the moment.
I was the CEO for over 8 months, Among others like Hira'razhir, Cyshade & Mebrithiel Ju'wien & near the end, Maximada, and I was one of the alliance high command and founders of the Corp & Alliance , Our corperation has existed through some hard times, we started out over 2 years ago as a small Blood Raider loyal pirate corp in low sec with some roleplay background and activity. we where at war with CVA/AM Alliances and other Amarr Loyalists corperations for a long time, and had a nice home of our own and residents who paid us to live in the area.. in the Bleak lands region where Bloods where based, till CCP released exodus patch moved our agents etc to Delve, stations ,
At the time we decided we couldnt be a Blood roleplay corp without being near our agents, So after some contact & negotiation Band of Brothers allowed us to live in Delve, for many months.. We got content with such a rich region, and slowly lost our vision and path.. lost many members to their corps, and soon our home there. due to an incident with someone i left in charge. but we moved onto Khanid region which was a nice change, laying waste to many corperations and the Khanid loyalists corps, getting back to our roleplay blood roots. & moved from one battlefield to the next.
All while I planted seeds to take root for a master plan, As in the end hoping bloods would one day be allowed in Delve by diplomacy failed, So formed & built a strong alliance in recent months of our own in Stain, moving towards the anti-BoB path, pooling resources and contacts & isk.. gaining allies to one day fight for our place in Delve , but all this has fallen apart. today, our hardships in vain. my vision blinded... my mind currupted. I have failed myself and my corp. as things did not turn out. and I am sorry.
If i could turn time back a few months I would have done things abit different, but today I have no other path left to take, I will remember what we started out as, and the good memorys and times we had, It was decided to disband the corp or alliance as well. So i wish you all good luck which ever path you all take, also hold your head up high, we had alot of fun, and accomplished alot in our time.
In the next few days, I'll begin to collect dust in a clone vat, and begin to fade as a memory, maybe its a good thing, I'll miss all the enemys i made, and the people who've grown to hate me, and those few friends I have left who I'll miss. Good luck to everyone... I might return in a few months, but not before 6 months time.. maybe longer. maybe forever, I need a break and a timeout period, also depends how good this clone vat is.. I love eve and I'll return one day, resurected. :)

Roleplay and powerplay in 0.0 at the same time doesn't work because there is a lack of roleplayers. If you want to competete with non-roleplayers you start to make compromises with your RP. You recruit people who are not interested in RP and you loose ties to your roleplay roots, thus loosing the ideals you have had with your corp when you've started.
There was some very good RP stuff coming from you, Myadra, and I will miss it.
The Exodus patch indeed was a serious blow. One nice move from CCP to show the world of eve can be alive and breathing - and Blood Raider RPers had to pay the price. Some in-space agents in the Bleak Lands who hand out some 'reclaim' missions would have been nice.

Despite being called "cockroaches", I still do respect and see BL-IN as the corp that made me what I am now, and for that, I owe much thanks, gratitude and respect. There are times while in OSYN that I let my frustration too much at why Stain didnt work out for me.
Unfortunately for me, what transpired in Stain wasnt to my liking, those that know, know what I'm talking about and those that dont, dont need to know. I had felt Blood Inquisition had strayed much from its original path that I had witnessed back in Khanid, and somewhere along the route something changed, and warped Blood Inquisition to an entity which had become unrecognizeable to me. Perhaps it was my unwillingness to actively lead and direct while preferring a more behind-the-scenes work, or perhaps it was the nature of the Stain politics that created a false sense of security which later built up pride. May not be just a single reason, but certainly an element of all was included, I believe.
While one side of me will look at the current political/economic situation of Stain and say it was bound to happen sooner or later, however it is still a pity that things never really kicked off and went to plan. I imagine the t-8uo and the AIL war, should it have gone differently, may have led to a different ending but such things are best to those that wish to study the mistakes so not to repeat.
Despite being a persona non grata for Blood Inquisition due to my opposing views and my point of view on 0.0, I am sorry to hear about BL-IN/SKV.
It'll be an entity that will be missed.

Once had a lot of respect for your corp and the early days of the alliance. "Warned" you when it all started to go down the drain.....
When Maximada contacted me basically "begging" for a NAP but still on your high horse threatening me to be sensible last nite i just couldn't stop laughing.
Maybe a fresh start will help those who are left to become sensible again.

Sad to see how life in Stain ended your eve. It's a very harsh region and I guess you deserve a break from the mess. Good luck in the future and hopefully next time when you come back it'll be a different story with the political climate changing :D

I'm shocked and surprised to see such decision being made from a strong-willed leader. We've come across each other way back in Khanid and many events shaped up each individuals that was living there. I for one, is really sad to see a pilot like yourself go into hibernation. All i can say is have fun, enjoy the non-EVE environment and come back when it's ready...with energy! All the best mate

Its hard to see BL-IN go, I have some really fond memories in such a great corp that I learned so much from. Blood Inquisition was the back-bone of the Blood Raider movement. The RP-PVP was aggressive, and the thrill was great. Its true that somewhere down the line BL-IN lost its way, and I don't think its fair that you take that blame alone Mya. I will tell you now though, that none of it was in vain. I made great friends and gained a ton of experience, and I wouldn't have it any other way. You have nothing to be ashamed of.
Thanks for the memories, it was a good ride. ----

It'll be sad to have another alliance disband, so many have disbanded or have been put in holding corps in the past 2-3 months, Having recently been war dec'd by you guys and seeing your teamwork put together its rather a shame to let that go, and i'm surprized you have had to.
Best of luck to all you guys, no hard feelings.

There is a certain point in every corp's history where the number of active people dwindles to a point where the game is no longer 'fun' for the people left.
I would have stayed to the end.... and so it is time..
The most fun ive had in eve was the allience tournament and the hard work and huge generosity of a few players in Blood Inq, and some others from the allience that put me there...
If a lesson is to be learnt for other people it is this... eve is not about pvp alone, every corp needs to have a goal and mindless pvp / 0.0 space holding is not enough.. This is what sets eve apart from other games in my opinion..
As Myadra has said, a few strategic mistakes were made that changed the fate of a once great roleplay corp...
GL to all those i once flew with... I hope to see you on the field of battle, whichever side you are on... for the people in eve make this game what it is... and there are a lot of great people here.
Adios until next time.... There will be a next time.

Mya, I only knew you for a short period of time. Wish it were longer! Sounds like I missed out on some good times in the world of EVE!
Thank you for helping me to move around from point A to a very distant point B! You're actions were very honorable! Through them, I can see why you got as have as you have in this "game", which sometimes reflects the tougher side of real life.
I wish you well and hope / look forward to your return, to this world.

Ive known you Mya and Cyshade, basically my entire EVE life. You have been my best friends in EVE since I can remember. I remember all the good times warning you of WCM squads flying through to come get you, Cyshade telling me my battleship would get owned in Delve (my 1st BS).
Ive had great memories with you guys and you will never be forgotten. BL-IN will live on in my memories. And in my shameless RP/4v1 attempts.
GL and ill be sure to use everything ive learnt to make a corp that gives its members memories like you guys did.

I hear Khanid is pretty good this time of year.
Seriously Mya, we've been thr9ough a ****tonne (american spelling for emphasis). You and I and Cyshade have ran that corp raggid since Hira the great left. I've never met a more tenacious leader than in you. If now is BL-IN's last hour, let it go into hiding.
I remember us taking the Bleak Lands and then facing AM and PIE and even U'K in their numbers. I remember us not losing the war, but retreating in respect. I remember the interesting relations with BoB (enemy->friendly->enemy) as is sometimes the way. I remember us decimating Khanid and then dominating it. I remember advancing to Bleak Lands and allying with VF to form a bloc that forced CVA's hand and ultimately destroyed our powerful nemesis; Aegis Militia. I remember not stopping and going on to Providence to face CVA on their home turf.
That was one ******* corporation and SKV (although not my original choice of a name, suitable enough) soon became a solid alliance of brilliant pvp-ers. Including ShadowlordUK, bless his battleships. Stain was a good holiday and I eventually left for many reasons, of which the alliance was not one.
I'd hate to see BL-IN just disappear. Maybe it's for the best, but I'm pretty sure many people on this side of the territorial fence still considers BL-IN a great corporation. Hide it away. Put it back in the shadows for a while, but for Omir's sake, don't destroy the most feared name in the empire circles.
I have a new path with my family now, but I've always wished BL-IN and SKV well, including in the alliance championships, as I'm sure you heard.
If you do go your seperate ways, keep Sani Sabik in your heart. The powerful will always survive and are meant to rule.
Besides, as I said, Khanid is usually nice this time of year...
