I only see 50 day cards. Did CCP discontinue the other ones? Or is just that my employer is evil and doesn't want me to see the rest?

AFAIK 30-day GTCs were discontinued.

30 and 90 day ones can be bought on sites like ShatteredCrystal. These sites are endorsed by CCP and are better than the EVE store in pretty much every way (10 minute delivery time!)

Ten minutes? I get mine as fast as I can log onto my email. :D I love Shattered Crystal to death and whole-heartedly endorse it.

reading skill ftw.. he was saying that the eve site itself takes like 10 min to deliver, while shattered hands is fast

Any idea if those are just limited reserves waiting to be exhausted, or if there actually "replenishable" ones ?
Do they also send you the actual card as physical object, or is it just the code on the e-mail ?
If both are a yes (replenishable and also physical card), then why does the EVE store only offer 50-day ones ?

CCP ran out of stock on the 100 day scratcher time cards and has not received new stock as of yet. You can still purchase electronic time codes through account services. Just log in to My Account and click the EVE Time Code Retailers link in the left menu for different options.
