i looted a phantsm blue print very nice cruiser i will say i cant get anyone to help me what to do with it should i have it made then sell it or sell the bpo or have the ship made
it has great stats and looks interesting to use but i am new to game and realy could use the isk
please any reply would be helpful cant get any respone in the sell forums never see any contracts in game and my corp has never seen one

Take it to The Forge region and put it up for auction. I'd set starting bid around 70-80 mil.

I'd sell it as well. unless you have alot of isk already, a new toy isnt going to help much without the skills.
Rule of thumb, if you cant afford to lose it, dont fly it.

You need at least L1 in both Caldari and Amarr cruiser skills to fly it.
The ship itself is a bit better as most cruisers, but also very valuable in ISK.
Selling the BPC or the already-built ship should net you almost the same amount of ISK, the material cost is insignificant compared to the price of the ship, being a rare one.
In other words, if you are a true newbie (how the heck DID you get the BPC anyway?), then I would advise you to sell it for a big chunk of ISK.
And I'm thinking in the hundreds of millions of ISK here... how much exactly, no idea, but 100+ mil should be a fair price.
Ask around in the Market "price check" forum for a more informed pricing amount.

Where is the forge region i am a 6 week old player with 1.9m sp
i was ratting in 0.3 space and if fell from a true sansha phantsm
i tried to make a contract for 100m with 300m bo and got no offers that was in the chumume region where i had it drop
tried price check no answers and like i said isk is the main important thing

The reason I recommended taking it to The Forge region is that is where Jita is, and where a lot of trading goes on. I would put it up there (not necessarily in Jita itself, maybe a jump or 2 away) for the starting bid I mentioned, and make the auction a week long or so. You could also "advertise" your auction on the sell forums here. Make sure you put Phantasm in the title, spelled correctly - this way people specifically looking to buy one can find your auction.

Set destination to Jita or Rens, and make a contract there with 70m starting bid, 150m buyout.

You didn't get any bids because there is much less commerce in the Tash-Murkon region than in hub regions like Domain or The Forge. People wanting to buy things don't look in Tash-Murkon. Try Amarr (Domain) or Jita (The Forge) instead.

it is only a 1 run blue print
again i am new isnt that still called a bpo
so again if it is a 1 run copy am i better to make the ship then sell or sell the bpo
also if i can only get 50-70m for it i will prob keep it for later
i was hoping as a new player i found a lotto ticket lol

Building price is around 10-12 mil i think, I used to sell them at 120-130 but that was months ago.
I would put the BPC on sa 7 day auction to end at Sunday night, starting at 69.99 and ending at 119.99 mil.
That is if you want to sell it, if not ... the Phantasm is a bit of a nice ship but like all sansha ships it has that little bit of CPU problems. :)

A built Phantasm is not worth more than 80-120m isk... They are pretty nice ships but not too many people use them... The high price and the low poplated region could be why you didn't sell the ship blueprint.
I like the ship a lot but it's definately not the best or easiest to use... Besides I believe it is lv2 required in both caldari and amarr cruiser.
Good luck with it... I'm tempted to buy it to so I have a spare for pvp but I can't really afford it hehe. I got lousy skills anyway...

ffs not 7 days, i hate it when peeps do that.
make a it a auction of like 3 days and set a decent startbid, that way a lot of people are intrested and the bidding war begins. Or just escrow it for the current marketprice (easily spotted if you search in forge region).

travel to jita and put it up for auction there. its the best place to sell it. I'd put it up for a 3 day auction starting at 60mil with a 110mil buyout. if it doesnt sell then i'll buy it off you for 50
